Homeland (GameCube): First Time Going Online (19th Anniversary Pre-Event)
Playing online on a real GameCube! This is the full recording of what happened right before and during the first part of our Homeland 19th anniversary event livestream last week (czcams.com/video/PC-BocIq4Ao/video.html), including the mucking about to get online, initial confusion, and managing to die within 6 minutes of starting the game. We weren't streaming at first because this was supposed to be pretty much just a connection test, but we ran into two Japanese players (and a bot left over by a third one) who took us around this game's world, doing... stuff. No on-screen translation this time since this was recorded directly from the console.

yeah! some people say it doesn't fit the game style but I like it because it sounds like the type of music they'd use on Satellaview broadcasts.

You've unlocked a great childhood memory for me, this was not only the first multicart and NES game that i ever had, it was the first game that i ever played in my life. I remember spending hours playing Circus Charlie, F1 Race, Pooyan, Architect and Facemaker (a truly nightmare fuel for me) I wish you luck that you could eventually dump the ROM one day.
Facemaker was a nightmare fuel for you too???? Sitting in my dark room as a child, looking at the Facemaker screen with that creepy soundtrack was true horror. But I kept playing it regardless. Also I use to fire up the CD Player in this rom and listen to the tunes.
