Another fantastic video, Zack! Thanks for sharing! Cheers from Brazil!
Great video! I must ask - where did you get your bookshelf? Looks like you have some great reads! đ
I knew I was missing something! I'll go tell the cat she has to respect my deep work boundaries and not interrupt me when I'm in my deep work space. Then I'll tell my body that it'll get rest from the multiple surgeries I've needed this year during non-deep work hours. Perhaps my chronic illnesses will agree to flare on a schedule. I'm still a straight-A student, despite my inability to provide any of the stability that allows one to develop these habits. There needs to be a study on how high-achieving disabled or chronically ill (or both) people manage to do it without being able to provide themselves the life and health stability required to develop and maintain these habits and tips. My hypothesis is that it's a combination of resourcefulness, flexibility, and grit. I had an emergency appendectomy yesterday, and if I relied on these habits, nothing would get done today. All my assignments due this week will still be turned in on time. As far as cat parenthood- I don't think we'll ever figure out how to get them to stop interrupting. They're lucky they're cute. (All of that said, these tips really do seem nice for those that can implement them, and I always appreciate the citations you provide when you do these videos. Since I'm never in the first standard deviation of the bell, and most often not even in the second, I just like to poke fun at it.)
Deep advice for deep work! đ
Heyy nice video. In my expierence having a cool/nice setup doesnÂŽt make your focus better itself, but it actually makes studying more enjoyable, which actually helps a lot if you have to sit there most part of the day, and in the end it can have a positive impact
Thank you so much for these fantastic videos-they helped me to pass the first year of medical school with ease. I look forward to your next updates!
You were out of touch for a long time. But now you're back. It was a great video as always. Great jobđđ

PERFECT
don't overdo it or you will be punished by dream lords. only children and those who are banished from the collective subconscious are allowed to lucid dream too often
Hey, you have a good personality and I enjoyed watching your "First Day as a Doctor" video. I want to suggest for you to read a book that I know would bring benefit and security to you; I think you would benefit a lot from reading the Noble Qur'an in English. You don't have to make a video on it (unless you want to), but just give a shot at least once in your life. I too want to become a doctor (trauma or neurosurgeon depending on what the future holds) and it seems you have a light from God Almighty, a compassion and (hopefully) a purpose to serve people. So, I ask God Almighty to Guide you and to Make you continue doing good things.
âLucid dreamsâ are not âdreamsâ. The brain is a receiver, whether you are âdreamingâ or not, you just switch realms.
Do lucid dreams feel like actual reality in the conscious sense? Can you walk around and choose what to do like in reality?
Look if it really works, then why is japan having the most number of suicides? Minimalist are part of the teachings in Islam. If you only dive deep within the teachings of Orthodox Islam or the most popular term are the followers of the way of Prophet Muhammad SAWS or the Sunnah (Sunni) you will come to a conclusion the Islam is a minimalist way of lifeâ€
Zach hates donkeys
Better than having precognition dreams. When I was a kid, it began with lucid dreams as well as lucid nightmares, but as time went on it gradually become precognitive. Now I don't dream at all unless it's precognitive. They're either of someone I know, someone I've never met, but rarely ever about myself. Now I'm trying to teach myself how to somehow control it.
I went a little wild with my girl in my last lucid dream xD Is awesome.. But warning people in that cases think it twice or maybe you should clean up and change your bed sheets...
I think you are exaggerating this video a bit, donât you think?
I wake up at 5:15am 3 days a week. I drink my French press pot of black coffee and a cup of water. Then, I write in my gratitude and focused intention journal for 30 to 40 minutes, meditate for 20 minutes, and get ready and dressed for the day. Ideally, I workout while listening to inspirational videos before I get dressed because it's my preference to have it accomplished so nothing interfers witth it getting done, later. This sets up my day, beautifully, as I get so much accomplished. As 3am to 5am is the 'hours of greater enlightenment', that time zone might be even better. I love to sleep, though. Lol.
My first lucid dream was similar to this dudes first one, I was talking to some girl I think and then I was like âoh shit Iâm dreamingâ then I just woke up, never had another one since unfortunately
4:37 The whole video was so intellectual and meaning full but the lines you said here in these seconds felt so personal and on another level! đ€đ»â€ïž
I have my final year med school exam in 9 days this will be ride or die for me (I get kicked out of med school if I don't get pass). I am going to try this method out and report back with the result...
Toilet brush gives me joy.
Everytime I realize I am dreaming I say in the dream that I am dreaming and wake up. When it's a great dream I have tried to go back to the dream which never works lol When I have a nightmare I can literally say,... This makes no sense and wake up
does anyone know what ipad case/keyboard is that?
Boring shit
Waking from a dream, turning on a light, and then writing down dreams is a challenge - especially as the dreams begin to fade within seconds after waking. I would be writing, but at the same time, can feel the dream begin to drift away from my conscious memory. For a few weeks I gave up even after having a brief lucid dream. Instead, Iâve begun to use my phoneâs voice recorder. I know itâs not the same as writing and going through the handwriting motions that can enhance learning and memory, but at the same time Iâm able to record more dreams and details within the dreams by using a voice recorder. Iâve just begun to do this in the past week so weâll seeâŠ

Guys Iâm overweight. I let myself go after high school and Iâm starting to notice how fat Iâm getting. And it kinda pissed me off. Starting today(June 1st 2024) Iâm gonna go ahead and get my shit together. Iâm leaving this comment here to hopefully keep me motivated and be held accountable. By the way Iâm 5â9 and weigh 240 lbs. My goal is 180. Iâll update every 2 weeks or something like that.
When I started to be interested in this lucid dreaming thing, I almost immediately had a dream in which I knew I was dreaming and then I woke up. I thought it was so easy, but the fact is that I don't dream consciously, but I don't even remember my dreams now. maybe I'm doing something wrong or I just need to practice?
Love you zach †Thanck you for great information

Be careful with this as it can cause sleep paralysis and you either get a demon sitting on your chest, old hag choking you or the hat man with red eyesâŠ

everyone sounds excited to lucid dream⊠is it not scary? what if you canât get out?
Wow, incredibile, parli benissimo e hai fatto progressi velocissimi.
