All points of view are understandable. Mo suffered horrific trauma, and although it's not about Billy, it is in a way, because it was disturbing for him to know his wife had gone through it. Also it upset Billy to know that another man had made Mo pregnant, and Mo wanted to keep the baby. Because by then she knew Zoe was her niece and what Kat went through as a teen at the hands of their sicko uncle Harry. Mo is sensitive and couldn't bear to abort her unborn baby, no matter what that baby was unfortunately a product of.
