VelocityAP JLR TCU HPTuners Flashing Jaguar Land Rover 8HP ZF - Error Unlicensed File During Flash
This process has helped resolved the “unlicensed” error you get while attempting to write the file. You can have enough credits, even previously flashed a file and still get this error. HPTuners has been informed but until resolved, this has been my own work around.

What a waste to use 5/8 hoses again when the product page clearly says you can heat shrink 3/4” hose …. You already went through all the effort of removing old 5/8 hard lines just to add soft lines that actually flow slower. Also you added unnecessary lines by divorcing all 4 ports . You should’ve connected both hot ports together and both cold ports together with 3/4” hose into a 3/4” T, and use the bottom of the T outlet to connect to cold side of Hx and top of pump
@@Pwnulolumad The title clearly states 3/4 hoses, the first few words say 3/4 hoses being used, the part number mentioned in the video is 3/4 hoses..yet somehow you concluded I’m using 5/8 hoses? All these hoses would flow more than the stock metal piping, it’s also adding more volume to the circuit. We’re not using any type of T connection, because that adds resistance in the circuit. Instead we’re using Y connections to avoid increased resistance.
I just did my velocity AP ports. Heat shrinked the 4 metal ports and used billet T fittings with rubber hose to create symmetrical crossover pipe replacement. I don’t understand why more people aren’t doing this mod, yet they’ll pay 1k to port their supercharger or on a carbon fiber intake lmao . I am about to install my Plasmatio phenolic spacer plates under supercharger. Only 400 bucks on their website and again nobody does this mod either, yet they spend 500 on a bigger HX and 400 on a pump. Personally I don’t see myself ever affording 10,000 on the new Merc racing supercharger, so this is my budget way to optimize the TvS1320
Hi is this same location for a5 coupe
im gonna try something similar to this except stock cats jhm downpipes 2.5" to b9 rs5 center muffler section (3" single section that splits at differential to s7 mufflers)
Does this charge the phone while playing music?
Yes
Right hand drive car owners... The buzzer is in the same location. Also, all you need is some trim removal tools, and a 90 degree hook pick. Use the hook pick to pull back the lock holding the grab handle in place and remove it so you can bend the the hoodliner down more. Use the trim removal tools to remove the c and d piller pieces. The buzzer is on its side where he shows in the video. It just slides upwards and out where you can unplug it.
Why didnt you just plug it into the ami port under the armrest thsts whst its for
Because the AMI port is in the glove box on a B8/B8.5. Sounds like you are referencing an entirely different model of vehicle.
how did you fix it?
There's 4 short videos showing you everything, sorry for audio it was done years ago. Here's part 1 czcams.com/video/78sbQr1JKYQ/video.html

i have the aux cord set up with a 30pt to usb female and lightning cord plugged into it. do you know why the “ipod” thing won’t show up as an option when i select media?

Hi there, why did you decide to hardwire when you can easily play through Bluetooth? Also, is there a difference in sound quality? Thanks for posting the video. 🙏
The B8 doesn’t have Bluetooth streaming from factory, that’s only an option on B8.5. There’s also an aftermarket solution from Tune2air to add Bluetooth streaming, which I tried and it was horrible. The tune2air would not disconnect when shutting of the car and when connected it would drop audio during 90% of the rides, I’d have to physically disconnect it from the MMI and go through the whole sync process again. I had warrantied the tune2air and same issue occurred with new device. I checked through forums and it’s a common thing with B8, so I went with the wired option and no issues since.
@@christopheredgett4919 I see. I have a '14 Q5 but it comes with BT. However, I was hoping to get better sound with a wired connection so I think I will try your set-up. BT is good but they say the audio is compressed. Btw, that 30 pin to lightning connector is no longer made other than after market. I can't find an OEM Apple part. I will post an update once I install my new speakers. Cheers.
@@tikimaka1 did you end up getting the cable? I'd imaged just from a technological standpoint wired will have noticeably better quality over BT, hoping that's the case! I've been using one of the cheap BT to FM adapters that you plug into the factor lighter and it leaves a LOT to be desired. I hadn't really researched the topic but I'm ecstatic to learn I can just buy an AMI cable and have a wired connection that also charges my phone!
@@AndreGoree yes I did. My car already has BT but it does sound better wired. That cable is hard to find because I don’t think Apple makes it anymore. I found one on eBay, genuine Apple product, but it was shipped from China.
@@tikimaka1yeah I was actually just reading a ton of bad reviews on some knockoffs on Amazon and and must considering getting the BT>AMI module, which should provide a better sound than the BT>FM I currently have lol. I'll check ebay for the geniune part though, thanks!
Hi Great episode, will you send a diagram of how to connect everything as you did in the video?
Hi, Will you send a diagram of how to connect the hoses to the cwa100 pump and heat exchanger
Is there any help on running only one pump ?
I’m running 2 pumps in series(both in-line), for 1 pump just follow the same setup and erase the section of the 2nd pump.
Any dyno gains to show? Have you considered using a spacing in between between the super charger and the intake manifold?
this is great info thankyou for sharing... if you were to use a pressure gauge to test what would you use?
I couldn’t end up doing it, my belt shredded and was so stuck ( behind the pullies and everything else) I gave up and took it to Audi. Good to know for the future looks easy when the belts still in tact 😂
WHAT A messy setup.... 034 released a video that mentioned there is hardly any help in doing this. go search on youtube
Their video was on divorcing, which no, there really isn't any benefit. What this guy has done I'm pretty sure makes a difference.
Great video demonstrating the proportions and influence on flow between the nozzle sizes and pump amperage. I think it may be worth consideration though that the actual flow numbers on a bench test will always be higher than in an engine under boost conditions. More boost = less flow.
Love it!
how did you solve the connections running to the engine?
@@christopheredgett4919 thought there were connections to the engine :)
Just watched your video I had put my belt on like you did do it supposed to be a lil loose like that or that’s normal?
If your belt was too loose, you'd be able to slide it over the tensioner and not require going this route.
Stop talking omfg
I have this kit with the size 12 nozzle, good to know its likely around 825ml on its default setting, reckon if I turned it clockwise 1 full turn that it would be enough to go to 900 to 950?
Hi bud, so MAX pressure is all anticlockwise, and MIN pressure all at clockwise? Right?
No, the complete opposite. Clockwise increases amperage which increases pressure. Counterclockwise removes the screw which lowers amperage resulting in a lower pressure.
If I could give you an award I would. You’re my hero
After doing this myself you don’t actually have to remove that panel that has the 2 screws. You have to manoeuver the chime/ buzzer unit. There’s no screws holing it in place. ( at least in my experience) Kinda up and down, side to side. It’s not that difficult to do. ( may annoy you tbh) 2pin connector but awkward to unplug not sure how I did it sorry… Hope this helps

are you launching with fuel cut? or using launch control? if so, which rpm?
2k fuel cut launch
Hey! What u think about a bigger throttle body? Does it help with the times or is it a waste of money ?
@@kaibum8261 If you port the blower and increase the inlet size to match the larger throttle, I can see that adding something. But if you add a larger throttle to a stock blower, I see that being a waste.
Pull fuel ? 0.70 seems lean?

The biggest problem any Audi owner could face is the oil/water mix in tranny or engine . What are the best ways to avoid that ? besides changing genuine coolers for both every 1.5 year . Is their any smart way to avoid this nightmare permanently? beside regular maintenance for sure . It happend to my tranny A8 2012 . Because i was lacking basic information and i didnt change cooler .
