German Tool Reviews

Registrace 16. 05. 2016
Here you will find honest reviews of German-brand tools. After dealing with crap from China, a machinist I know mentioned Wera screwdrivers and from that point on I was a big fan of German tools. I have a passion for spreading the word on the quality of German-branded tools. All tools featured on the channel are part of my personal collection. When I get a new tool I will include an unboxing as part of the review.
The following criteria must be met to appear on the channel:

It's been 5 Years since you posted last video How about your condition now?? We miss you and your content also We'll always waiting for your newest update We Always pray for your health and sent our best pray for your family..
Nice! I found myself last week exactly the same ratchet from the scrap metal/glass/cardboard-recycling station in our small village with some other Professional piping tools! Rusted internally and jammed. Took the small screw off and left the hole filled with wd-40 for a couple of days. Today i heated it up with a tiny torch at the outside of the springhousing. Then gave it a few blows with a hammer on the side of the rolling piece....Then put in in avice and rocked back and forth. Every now and then knocking the little locking rachet piece inside housing vith a tiny bar and a hammer....and more wd-40 ,and again rocking. Little by little I won the fight, and now it rachet:s again! Bargain! Again saved a couple of hundreds just by picking it up from the scrap...!
Better the the USA stuff😂
Can be used in guns Can I have an alloy frame?
Thanks so much for this great comprehensive video! Sometimes change is not always for the better and your video and the great responses from your viewers confirm that. The original "trouble-free" design and finish are not reflected into the new design. I literally just purchased this set of pliers on Amazon right after I watched your video. I did't want to wait and have a vendor take advantage of the same "old part number" and interchange the "newer" wrench which may possibly be inferior. Thanks again.
I just got the big set of 51 of the "classic" (not-Pico) drivers. The quality is really crappy. The red caps on fully 1/4 of the tools barely turn at all, certainly not smooth. Another 1/4 were stiff and/or rough but improved to be acceptable after I vigorously exercised them. About a third of them are a different shade of red from the others. Unlike the ones in your video, these were not made in Germany. It seems that they've moved production to their factory in Poland, and I think the quality and/or quality control has suffered greatly. We'll see how their hassle-free warranty holds up.

Hello, i know is an old video but i would need pdf manual or specs. Thanks for helping
I think this is not a counterfeit product, just a cheap copy. It did not sell as a Wera product . Only copies maybe about 70% of the design. Ruike also produce surprisingly very good tools.
Hazet make great tools ,top tier for professionals
These bits lasts werry long, Wera is one of the best bit and screwdriver manufactoring.
I hope you are doing well. August 2024.
Just thought about him aswell. Still missing this channel.
I have one if anyone wants to buy it
7:05 yes accurate hits right in the middle but the placement is wrong. U need to split and create a line not hit the same place. So 10/10 for accuracy 0/10 for placement
Maybe it wasn't a thing back then, but the smallest Cobra is the XS now at puny 100mm.
More than 5 years later I just purchsed the old version of 400 mm pliers wrench (Würth edition). Never thought it would be so much bigger than the 300 mm. BTW why has this channel been closed?
32=32 when the pliers are still very slightly open and therefore able to squeeze and grip, not hard up against the stop where it can't squeeze because it's at the limit of travel.
Bring it's in Africa aspecially Rwanda
You’re using it wrong
There are longer Versions of the Hazet 916HP

I can imagine the slating/carpenters hammer confusion is that, traditionally, there may been more overlap between the two. I can't see them being used as a brick hammer as most of them have a "chisel" edge, stonewalling maybe; I ended up using an cheap old roofing hammer (not claw) to rake out joints for repointing.
Try a Zollstock!
I live near Bargau where these machine built. I can say the most pro craftman use these machine cause they work good and they are robust. I have the Multimaster 300 and yeah it works and the Starlocksystem is great. Good machine....
I got the Gedore and it’s legit
I am very thankful for your videos. I learned more about German brands than anywhere else.
There is a problem with Knipex. They’re too big and start making a lot of mistakes. I bought some of their new tool designs and it’s just plastic garbage.
Thanks for this review. I agree with comments citing once the cutting edge is damaged, it's pretty much over for the tool. I'd go Knipex. I don't want to have to think about the hardness, or not, of the material I'm cutting.
HDPE does react with hydrocarbons. They can get through. Which are found in all oils that contain a solvent.
This is not the German Brand one. Missing the lanyard holes
Sir. Could you test same way for fujiya gcc-200, knipex step cut and wiha z 50 3 06 210?
Nice and informative 👍
I have a similar "Made in West Germany" Bosch corded hammer drill (not SDS) which I picked up for peanuts. My father used to have the same model which performed brilliantly until he got jeweler's rouge in it and threw it away. 🤦 I disassembled my drill and replaced the dry grease, but it's kind of sluggish now - maybe it's a dirty contact. The carbon brushes were fine, but I forgot to clean the commutator, so I'll have to take it apart again sometime, which should increase the power. I'm not bothered by the surface scratches, they are part of its charm to me. I love these older German tools - they're built to last and tough as nails. All the best from bonnie Scotland.
Use it on my guns & tools. Make a good ultrasonic cleaner
Hello. Are any of these made of harder material than the original knipex? I'm disappointed with how soft the knipex is compared to my other tools like my old crescent. They're made of warm butter
great video, but these are often used for both cutting AND stripping of the wire's isolation. I would really like to see results for the stripping performance
I recently bought a tool cart from Belzer. I paid 40 euros. Now using it to store my old tools. Love it
Come back German Tool Reviews. We miss you.
There’s also the Cobra XS (100mm) it’s smaller than these two.
donde conseguirg las boquillas para este modelo
Does it leave the handle oily and slippery?
🇩🇪
wish you checked the ratchet force. how much force it takes to trigger.
Hello, very useful video. Can you do the same for the AEG PN 3000 super X2 model? It will be of great help.
I have a screwdriver bit stuck, can anyone help?
The best is the one that doesn't break after 100 ft pounds 😂 break some we want the strongest
Unlike many, or better, most oils on the market, Ballistol doesn't resinate in time. Meaning, it is not thickening and getting hard and crumbly like most. It stays a liquid. Best lubricant oil there is, except for brass and copper ofc. ^^
To me it rather looks like a nickel than a chrome finish. Electroplated nickel has a yellow tint and is far more ductile than chrome.
