Been paying 300+ at numerous salons over the last 20+ years and the only time it looks nice is when I use box dye, especially during Covid when I couldn't get to a salon in almost a year (even my stylist said "wow who did your hair? 🫤)

I had ash blonde highlights for many years. I went back to almost my natural hair color, dark 2 months ago. It was done professional at a salon. I am now going to do my second all one coloring but I want to do it myself at home. I will get my products at Cosmo Prof. Do I need a toner or can I just use color and volume 20 (for my grays)? My hair is a little lighter where I had my highlights.

No. The way to a messy bun is to, not brush with the type of brush you used as it makes hair frizzy, use large wooden comb … that detangles without frizzing the hair. Then you don’t look at the mirror , you just do what feels right in your hands and it will turn out great. This looks like a wannabe prom look.

What if you have salt and pepper and you want to color but not commit?

I have jet black hair and want to redye it jet black since my brown is showing but I'm scared because I don't know what brand the salon uses (so I can keep my hair healthy+ not green). I got a trim, recolor, and she trimmed my face frame bangs the total was $135 and I know I can do this at home myself. I have colored wigs+my moms hair+ cut wigs and my hair. Any brand dye suggestions?

I color my hair since I'm 3/4 grey. Wavy/curly-ish frizzy damaged looking hair, living in humid south. Also have sensitive skin so fragrance is irritating unless little in shampoo/conditioner. Having a hard time getting the right conditioner/leave in to bring back life/shine to my hair. I rarely blow dry and use straightening iron. i do notice if I apply like jojoba oil a little after hair is dry, my hair likes it. Can you recommend anything. I'm going broke buying and fails. I'm thinking of running shea butter thru my hair?? as a prepoo and/or conditioner???? LOVEyour videos
