Stupids pcos Is a condition it is not Cyst it is water bubbles in the form of cysts in the overuse due to over weight. That obstructs the egg release of eggs for ovulation and interferes with weight gain cos overuse and reproductive organ helps in producing harmones like estrogen other harmones. It is not life threatening stop using bait words to just scare people is Indian medical association noting all these fake channels with half baked mental stalking like trained doctors after three months of yoga coaching. People live many years with pcos and it is not life threatening like cancer to call yourself survivor. Loose weight and reduce carbs u will feel the difference

Koi doubt mat rakhna dil mein! I understand - the first thing that’d come to anyone’s mind when the baby is cranky that he/she is hungry. But the problem rarely lies with your supply mama. In fact, I’ll take the liberty here to tell you that it’s almost impossible that your milk supply is not enough for them. The only possibilities are: • Your supply is low because your baby’s needs are low. This is the most common (and probably the only reason) why your milk supply is not enough and this is can again happen because : A. Your baby isn’t latching well. Quite a majority of mom-baby duos suffer from this initially because BF is a learning curve for both. And your body (mis)construed it to be a low demand scenario and hence it supplied less. B. Your baby isn’t attaching onto your breasts very often. This can be the case for a variety of reasons including when they’re not doing very well. Remember, it can just be a phase. C. Baby has gone on a feeding strike (and again not feeding very well) This happened with my LO during some nights where she’d keep crying but would not attach herself to my breasts. I slowly learnt that it was because of high flow issue that her tiny self wasn’t able to keep up with. So, I tried different tactics to slow the flow down and it mostly worked. But you see the pattern right? All of this is connected to your baby demanding less -> your body understanding that the demand is less -> your body supplying less. • Another reason could be that you’re terminally ill and there’s no contact between you and your baby. But we’re not discussing that here. The immediate and most effective solution to the former instances can be pumping more often and if feasible offering the expressed milk using a paladai or spoon. I used a bottle and luckily for me she didn’t develop nipple confusion because I used to offer 1-2x a day max (mostly before her bedtime to have her fed well). Please don’t panic and start adding a top up formula by yourself (unless your baby isn’t gaining weight despite trying out the above and it’s advised by the doctor to be the ONLY effective solution). But if you do so, still try to pump your BM in frequent intervals in order to maintain the supply and if you’re planning to eventually shift your LO to exclusive BF. Also, if exclusive formula feeding is better sustainable for both of you then just relieve the unnecessary pressure and understand that it’s okay to go that way also.

The fruits don't help "curb cravings," the sugar in the fruit is the drug that you are craving. You don't curb cravings by eating fruit. You are doing drugs when you eat fruit. You get cravings when you haven't had your drug (sugar) in a while. Carbohydrates (sugars) are addictive. Oats, fruits, breads, rice, sweet vegetables, etc are all high-carb (sugary) foods that keep you addicted to sugar. If you don't believe me, just try eating less than 10g of carbs per day for a week. You will go through drug withdrawals for sugar - headaches, low energy, mood swings, extremely intense cravings for carbs, etc.
Foods with 10g protein: Dairy & Eggs: * Eggs: 1.5 large eggs (approximately 70g) * Greek Yogurt: approx 70g plain Greek yogurt (2% fat) * Paneer: 65g paneer Legumes & Beans: * Rajma (Kidney Beans): 115g boiled kidney beans * Chana (Chickpeas): 150g boiled chickpeas * Moong Dal: 130g cooked moong dal Nuts & Seeds: * Almonds: 23 almonds (30g) * Walnuts: 14 walnut halves (30g) * Pumpkin Seeds: 50g roasted pumpkin seeds Meat & Seafood: * Chicken Breast: approx 60g cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast * Fish: approx 80g cooked fish * Sardines: 5 sardines Others: * Tofu: 50g firm tofu * Quinoa: approx 60g cooked quinoa

The primary goal of belly binding is to provide support to the abdominal muscles and skin, promoting faster recovery and reducing discomfort post-surgery. By offering gentle compression, belly binding may help alleviate swelling, which is common after a C-section. This is particularly useful for Diastasis Recti condition and helps support the Rectus Abdominus muscles to get back in place. And according to a few randomised controlled studies, postpartum women who tried belly binding did report lesser pain and distress after their surgery. Any type of cotton cloth/saree or readymade velcro fitting can act as a belly binder. Velcro fittings were quite handy for me personally (they weren’t very comfy to be worn 24x7 though; but I wonder whether even a cotton cloth wrapped tightly around your belly is! So..). And it’s also important to consult your gyanec post delivery if you want to start with belly binding. Your care provider can assess and give you a starting and ending point for this.
