Sutekh latches onto the TARDIS
was inspired to make a quick edit after watching The Empire of Death showing how Sutekh latched onto the TARDIS after being cast into the vortex

i wanna see tiny sutekh
I wonder what Suteke did when The Master Cannibalised The Tardis.
brilliant
So now either the TARDIS has been an abuse victim al this time and lied when she was human form. Or she is evil, likes sutekh and was mugging the Doctor off and helping sutekh perform his plan
This honestly confuses me so much, like how do they expect me to believe that Suktekh has been attached to the Tardis this entire time?? Someone here talked about how it would have made more sense for him to appear during the flux and honestly I feel like that would make more sense rather than this
I think if Sutekh clinged onto the Tardis, then got inside when the Tardis landed again and stayed inside since, would make more sense. I feel as though if Sutekh was staying on top of the Tardis exterior for all that time, that really wouldn’t make much sense and kind of creates plot holes. Maybe it will be officially explained in the future.
wait that CGI effect in the original was supposed to be the time-vortex?
Bull
Since Doctor Who is a time travel show, retcons can be cannon in universe. My head-cannon Sutehk wasn’t actually there until sometime after the flux and the events of “Wild Blue Yonder.” I think it took those 2 universe shaking events to retcon Sutehk into having this power.
The Sutekh TARDIS noise genuinely gives me chills to my stomach.
This was a rather interesting idea for Sutekh in Doctor Who, and it makes a ton of sense now that it's playing out like this, but wasn't there a comic had had him as the main villain while this implies that his being hanging onto the TARDIS during everything that's happened over the years from the fourth doctor to the fifteenth doctor. However, there are other villains that could have done the same thing, such as Dark Oak going from Sonic X to Sonic BOOM or Spooky latching himself to the tree of life in Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures.
During the Day Of The Doctor:”Hello future Sutekth any news?” 12 Tardis Sutekth:”Nope, we need to wait a decade longer in order for this plan to work, btw if The Doctor looks like he’s going to die in Trenzelore, do not interfere, he does get himself out of it with help from his companion” 4th Tardis Sutekth:”Ok Got it,thank you for notifying me, I’ll just continue playing my god crossword puzzle, wait hold on a minute Trickster trying to call me on Godzapp, apparently he figured out a way to erase Sarah Jane Smith from existence, but it requires a lot of waiting”12th Tardis Sutekth:”Oh😅” 4th Doctor Sutekth:”It didn’t work did it?” 12 Tardis Sutekth:”Nope, not sure what Trickster was thinking considering if he erased Sarah Jane Smith, it affects us too in the paradox”4th Doctor Sutekth:”Ah crap, should I tell him?” 12 Doctor Sutekth:”Nah, this is his plan, he needs to learn from his own mistakes, fall by his own sword, you…I mean we can’t hold his hand forever” 4th Tardis Sutekth:”Yeah your right”
The Doctor: [Trapped in his own Confession Dial for literally billions of years, doing the same things over and over again while talking to himself] Sutekh: This was a mistake.
how did you screen record the disney + clip
it's seamless
also when yazz and the doctor where chillin sitting ontop of the tardis sutekh was there thinking just kiss already
yup but ouch ouch ouch ouch somone get me out of the centre of this dalek crucible please.... journeys end....
Is Suteck still on 14's Tardis?
Oh very good!
Sutekh clutching the TARDIS is one of the most brilliantly ominous and surreal visuals in Dr Who
So what about the other tardis that David tennet has? Wouldn’t that one have sutek on it considering that was the original
I can imagine Sutekh's reactions to the Doctor's adventures from between 1975 - 2024 E.g. Logopolis The Greatest Show in the Galaxy 1996 TV Movie Rose Rise of the Cybermen Utopia / The Sound of Drums / Last of the Time Lords Turn Left The Stolen Earth / Journey's End The Pandorica Opens / The Big Bang The Day of the Doctor The Time of the Doctor Flux
Ngl the “no” has always just sounded like a guy to me
So I guess what Clive told Rose Tyler in the first episode of series 1 of Doctor Who 2005 was true. Death was the Doctor’s constant companion even though the Doctor didn’t know he had one bad doggy clinging to the TARDIS all this time.
I don‘t get why Sutekh appears on 15th Tardis which is a duplicate, the original one is still with 14, or am I missing something? Did Sutekh duplicate as well or hop onto this one at some point?
Good point.
Just like how Fifteen was from Fourteen's personal future, so is his TARDIS What's funny is that during Day of the Doctor there are nine or ten Sutekhs flying around Gallifrey
13 and Yas just chilling having an ice cream on the tardis and sutekh's just like: regenerage already get this era over with
Another dumb RTD retcon
The scene was before anything even happened. As they were landing to meet Sutekh. He wasn't in the general time vortex, but a specific time corridor.
This was so stupid
Absolutely dreadful and nothing to do with the superior 1975 Pyramids of Mars.
You ever wondered if one author hears a story, watches it being acted out and maybe even described as a audio book, and then after the author passed away, another author thinks they can create a story with some of the same characters and alter aspects of the original story and everyone is supposed to be ok with it, I never met Bob Holmes but I did meet Terrance Dicks and he was not happy with the changes to his story. I am referring to The Five Doctors and the Special Edition thereof, but Terrance was very close friend of Bob and I can't say if they ever talked about Pyramids of Mars, which was in the end what has been referred to as a complete rewrite by Bob, but now neither Bob or Terrance are with us anymore, they can't ask RTD (and I ain't got any problems with him, don't get me wrong), why he's ok with changing Classic DW and not just look back at the ones that he might have watched the first time round.
i dont care if it makes no sense i enjoyed that episode nobody is taking it away from me either the doctor who cry baby negativity comments wont be replied too. your a legend RTD im starting to enjoy ncuti gatwa take on the doctor now as well i will be sad when he leaves.
The only issue I have with this idea is that if the events of Pyramids of Mars are one big bootstrap paradox then the Doctor and Sarah Jane travelling to present day 1980 in the middle of the adventure shouldn't have resulted in them arriving in a timeline where Sutekh won.
I love that this fanbase will just take a new piece of canon and run with it.
Love this! This is my canon now.
I have some questions about this cause I get how sutekh is there but what about after the giggle cause if you remember, The Doctor literally doubles the TARDIS and uses the one doubled version which was wheelchair accessible and has a jukebox but it was the copy he made using the toymaker's mallet while the original stayed with no. 14, So did Sutekh get doubled or did move on to the new Tardis ?
Sutekh is the same power level or stronger than the Toymaker, so its unlikely that the latter's reality warping powers have any effect on him.
@@joseaguilar3323 so is he just switching to the doctor's tardis cause he will still be travelling while 14 just keeps his in Donna's backyard
@@darthvader7508 Yeah
Great job!
Why they didnt have Sutekh latch on in Wild Blue Yonder I'll never know, they were at the edge of the universe, they were preoccupied with the Not-Things, it would've been perfect. Would've been even more perfect if it lasted 2 series, like how Series 5 ended with the TARDIS exploding but Series 6 explained why, they could've spent way more time building up to Sutekh
So when Maestro said, 'The oldest one. He can't have been there...WHAT FOR???' And then not bothered at all by, 'the one who waits is almost hereeeeeeeeeeeeeee.' It seem quite likely that Maestro wasn't talking about Sutekh being the oldest one, she called him 'the one who waits'. Likely the white guardian was behind something and the black guardian. As for Sutekh saying, 'and standing on the high is the mother, father and other of them all. ' Again, that isn't talking about him.
That's as valid a theory as anything else tbh. Gods have strange family trees. And Maestro spoke about him so cryptically, as if he was so distant and he was right there in fact. Maestro even did Sutekh's plan before Sutekh himself now that I think about it...
Ngl the idea is kind of funny when you thing about it The Doctor: Im releasing him into the time vortex to die.... *hops in the tardis straight into said time vortex* Sutekh: Ahh a time uber
So 12 was right after all. There was someone he spoke to when he thought he was alone!
Honestly, I'm just expecting the memes at this point.
My head cannon is that when 14 went to the edge of the universe and invoked a state of play with the salt, that gave Sutekh the ability to fully manifest again as he is the leader of the gods, (that’s when the Toymaker entered the universe through his domain if you remember) Sutekh is so insanely powerful that only he can decide patiently when the time would be to show himself. To analysis the doctors moves in the shadows is brilliant.
He's not a god. He's an alien.
"The Doctor is a legend woven throughout history. When disaster comes, he's there. He brings a storm in his wake and he has one constant companion: death."
Okay, that's brilliant!
Wow that hits harder now.
Quite literally now. Not sure if it was the right decision though.
russel can't have planned it since then... he can't have... right? right? now I'll be questioning this for the next few decades
@@justanormalhumanbeing1903 plan what?
Ohhhh okay now this makes sense!
Absolutely f****** bloody brilliant! I did not make the connection with this moment in the TARDIS from oh so long ago, last night when I saw the finale. It took a fan with good sense to connect the dots where the narrative as presented on screen failed. Honestly last night's finale seriously felt like a rough draft.
i wonder when the fifteenth doctor doubled the tardis in the the giggle i wonder if sutekh got doubled as he hung on to it for so many years which would be the original tardis that the 13th doctor still has as the fifteenth doctor tardis made a double of it so i wonder that how sutekh could make a return at some point.
So Sutekh has been humping the leg of the TARDIS since the early 70s 😮😮😮
He couldn't latch on, he wasn't in the vortex, he was in a time corridor of his own, which he was only roughly half way down. The Doctor removed a part of the console, connected it to the sarcophagus and hurled him into his far future, beyond his lifespan. It makes no sense at all.
And in that time corridor, he found the Tardis and latched on.
@@Angery_Octoling I think the idea was that Sutek's TIme Corridor is not concurrent with the larger TIme Vortex that Time Lords travel through. Think of it as a sub-time line, much like a county road not connected to the main Interstate Highway.
@@Angery_Octoling the TARDIS wasn't in the time corridor! It never was
@@Angery_Octoling the time corridor just linked Mars to Earth, like the one in Resurrection of the Daleks, it only links two specific points in time.
This was the best two part finale ever in my opinion. 10/10
That theory makes a lot of sense. It also explains why SJS saw Sutekh inside the TARDIS before Sutekh even knew about the Doctot
It makes no sense, because House, the TARDIS, and the Toymaker, would've all sensed it. Then there's the issue of the TARDIS on Trenzalore; if Sutekh had already been clinging onto the TARDIS for centuries, then why didn't he enact his plan after the Doctor had died?
@@Jackson-ub1uv Osirians like Sutekh are more powerful than Time Lords and Time Lord Tech. They evens say so in the Pyramids of Mars episode and show it by having Sutekh go through the TARDIS defences. And if he can fool Time Lords, he can fool House. Also the Toymaker did sense Sutekh, remember? They're the same species. Regarding Trenzalore, you're thinking about time too linealy. The Doctor is a time traveller, being dead doesn't mean he is not around somewhere. If not the 11th then one of the other 11.
