Dave Nelson migrated to Australia and continued singing and entertaining in Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney. In Melbourne he meet and teamed up with Barry Crocker as Dave Clark, they recorded several Rock and Roll songs. 1972 he created Count Copernicus and was a pioneer Glam / Cosmic Rock singer songwriter, recording Painted Ego / La La La (2 original songs) released on Festival Records with his band The Cosmic Fire. He was Australia's 1st male stripper, appearing on Number 96, an Australian Television show. He left Australia late 1970's to live in New York, USA where he joined Sri Chimnoy, sadly he passed away 2019.
