This instructors wonderful, he knows how to teach he's very patient answers all your questions he wants you to succeed. Most of the college professors instructors I had I had with very condescending and they didn't care I didn't care if you were there or not!!!

But I have a question, since they are doing a pilot exam this month in June following the 9th edition book. Does that mean I need to get that book to study since the test will be different? I got this information from the hspa website .

I came from a very different industry and applied for a Sterile Technician position here in UK. Tomorrow is my interview. I got no formal education on that position except for the videos I watch in youtube. I am very thankful for Steve since I am learning so much from his videos regarding sterilisation.. I do hope I pass my interview tomorrow :D

Am back here ,last year with your help I pass my cbspd exams on one sit ,now I will be going for an internship am looking for technic on how to answer any questions that arises😂

Let me tell ya'll...coming from someone who's had to conduct interviews and ask these questions he is 100% right! let me say I'm very confident with myself and my work ethic. I used the advice he gave in this video and lets just say i had a Interview/mini orientation lol. All the questions he mentioned here is what they asked me, it kinda scared me bit..but let me say this after the second or third question the lead tech closed his notebook folded his arms and nodded his head to every answer i gave with a smirk on his face.. no lie. At the end of my interview the dept. manager gave me her personal card and told me to call or email her if i had any more questions. My advice to anyone reading this is to make sure that you are so confident with yourself that when you go in for your interview know in the back of your head YOU got THIS!.. Update that resume and make it short and sweet.. and to really give you guys so more hope i originally applied for (surgical tech) and the recruiter still called me because they read over my resume and noticed i was in school for sterile processing and they called me in a month early before posting the actual sterile tech position online. overall i got the job and i'm so excited to start this new journey!

His videos helped me so much, i never had any healthcare experience, i did study my book and watched gis videos, it helped me so much, i cant be thankful enough, i passed the test in my first try, now i am a sterile processing technician 7 months of experience, the hospital where i work pays great it did change my life and this profession will get more and more important as the time passes Thank you
