I’ve just bought a monorail camera. It’s scaring me just looking at it - but this is super helpful. As ever don’t rush, something is bound to go wrong if you do. Great channel.

another couple of mistakes, one: to not remember to take your watch off before loading film, as the luminous or led dials can fog film; two, not using a lens hood, as flare can wreck a piece of film, or using your hand, and not a cable release to set off the shutter, causing vibrations, or body parts in the shot.

Thanks super easy. I don't have a spanner wrench but I can find one. There is a thing called a lens wrench which is usually a flat square piece of metal with "prongs" for the various Copal sized rings. I suppose it works similarly. They are quite cheap on eBay.

Don't forget to take off your smartwatch before going into the darkroom, the light will surely fog the film!

Most of the video was very good - except for the advice on lens boards. Linhof is not common to all cameras. I own a Toyo and a Sinar - both 4x5 and they both use different lens boards. There are boards that adapt to linhof boards for both of those cameras, but they are not the standard. Otherwise a well put together presentation.

No joke - I was literally just talking about your camera. Have you tried asking Matt Marrash to check it out? He dropped an Intrepid review recently that was super informative. It would be nice to see long term user review.
