My Morning Jacket - Interview / Package
My pony
Saw him on my birthday many many years ago. Had never heard of him. I walked away very impressed and a fan. It was right after Michael Houser had passed on. Keller busted out a Panic cover and it sealed the deal for me. Thanks Mikey. Thanks Keller.
17 years later: still holds up.
I genuinely think he's a genius. He could probably calculate compound interest in his head.
♥️
Crazy cool
Reed what’s up brother?
This band is incredible! Everything they write is awesome
Incredible vintage yonder!
Love Keller. Was there in the beginning of my festival career. and he still in the scene today.
This song is very technically impressive, it's got got a catchy chorus, nothing is wrong with it but it just doesn't give me the same super happy enjoyment feeling that some other songs he has like doobie in my pocket. This is a good video however to be like look at what a master of his craft he is. However the whole reason I wrote this very lengthy preamble is because despite that there is one quick transcendent moment that everytime I listen to this it's because I want to hear this part. After the first chorus when he stops playing guitar and whistles Andy Griffith, the part where he just quickly transitions into the second verse that says "rave girl..." I don't really know what it is about it but it just makes the hair on my neck stand up. It's so good.
Rest In Peace Matt never forget you bud !
How come their cover of Cheap Tragedies isn't on YT? [edit]or anywhere, seemingly...
This would have been around the time I first saw Keller live. Dude puts on the best shows. From what I remember of it, it was a hell of a good time in a small venue. He's still touring and I am trying to see him in July for the first time in 20 years and you know what? I guarantee he still rocks.
phish sucks. grateful dead sucks. play an actual song already.
this sucks. just like all shitty jambands. awful.
One thing that I really admire about Rich and The Black Crowes is that they do their own thing. They don't have outside songwriters helping them out and they don't follow the trends. They do what they feel is right, even if the label doesn't agree with them. That's why The Black Crowes' music is so timeless and Rich's solo work is incredible.
Miss this band so much. Rest in Peace Jeff. But damnit boy what the hell were you thinking?
Very cool
This song is my current favorite on repeat.
Yes omg it’s epic

This guy is awesome to watch.
I was lucky enough to walk him back to his car after a show one time. I was just a fan, but we chatted about northern Virginia and Hampton Roads traffic like we were buddies. He was super excited about the homemade chicken dinner his wife had packed for him. Great guy ❤
I just can’t fucking get enough of this. I come back every couple of days for the feel goods
Me too. I also always recommend this song to people. I love watching him live. He has so much fun up there and you can really tell he absolutely loves what he does.
2022 now.. RIP Jeff. Love you all ❤️
Primus still has the best fans, audience participation at concerts.
2022!!!!
Immaculate
Smart tallented dude, but laid a hard one on his sf...bandmates...the break up? They were so on point and unique by 1999...twas awsome

Can't believe it's been that long
met him in a bar in Virginia Beach called Hammerheads he was doing the happy hour playing only three people in the bar he gave me one of his CDs and I drink a beer with him
Damn that was good. I'm going to have to try to learn this.
Sounds not so good
Wild, I was looking for Glastonbury that year but found this. I mixed that show. Memories..
So ahead of his time
Social distancing before it was cool.
LOL, which one!
waow, quel virtuose du picking!
Fun fact: my name is Keller to
Is he barefoot?
he is extremely talented, the way he strums that guitar in this song perplexes me every time. may the music never stop.
I went to see if he had a pedal for that vocal effect and saw this man was barefoot
so cool
