this has to be the most single most frustrating thing about the 07. gawd, bloody things always pop off. and if you don't have fat fingers, no need to remove any plastics. bit of saliva on the edge of the gasket, and clip the back into place. 'tis just so annoying, though. EDIT: this is such a thing, when I purchased my bike from the dealer, the indicator was hanging..! But, that is how I learnt how to 'fix' it. Hah. Funny how yt had this vid in my feed, though.

Just adding that, I've been riding and working on bikes for over 50 years and I don't remember ever seeing any bike that's supposed to have the oil level checked "with the engine running". Yes the oil level should be checked after running the engine after the oil changes (mainly to fill the filter) but NOT with the engine running. Most manuals say to 1) let it sit for a few minutes after shutting it off and 2) it's more important to check the level when Cold, Before Riding and it always needs to be on the center stand when checked, or holding the bike level, straight up if it doesn't have a center stand (except for Harleys, they are checked on the side stand)...

I’m considering to probably order this case for my newly acquired ADV150 with 233 miles for $3,000 but a proper 65L food delivery bag is going to hold much more than a 35L hard case will.

Lifesaver!! I bumped mine pretty good with my knee yesterday putting my bike cover on and knocked it completely out of the mount. I fought with it for about 5 minutes before I gave up and came to CZcams. I had it back in place in less than 2 minutes thanks to this video

There are companies that make adapters to allow you to fit a Moto-X style handlebar to the XMax, and get rid of this plastic cover. A Moto-X style handlebar will allow you to fit cup holder and phone mount accessories more easily.

I used to work as a lot attendant for porsche audi and bmw in bend, oregon. As such I did the work load of 3 people and multiple jobs not in my description while getting paid and treated like trash, and i can confirm they will straight up rob you of your money and keep it all for themselves. It's a sham. Fucking scumbags of the earth. Also if the salesman didn't meet a monthly quota for number of cars sold, and as many bullshit fee's along with it, they got paid minimum wage with no bonus or comission. At the time the number was 20 per Audi salesman. Kendal Porsche Audi and BMW of Bend Oregon people.
