Dont they just grow back? How are you supposed to donit correctly?
Looks like a hurricane went through with a sharp wind
Why did they cut in the summer?!
This is probably done in the spring
Darral and derelict... 😊
Its usually some fat dude who has never climbed a tree.
What a mess.
It could possibly be pollarding. I think that's what they call it. It's a form of pruning. It will eventually grow back. It's something to do with the health of the trees. Sorry I don't know much more about it.
Topping is the term, pollarding is done on young trees and repeated annually
I Still have clients begging me to do this to their trees, saying they are too high. I have actually gone up one and took pictures of the stems where it was done last time and showed them the pockets of rot. They decided to not do it in the end, and just leave the trees alone.
Not your trees Trevor, keep walking.
I don’t think it should be illegal. I just want people to know that it’s a bad product. Public service announcement😃
amazingly still standing!! I appreciate that you use the botanical names it seems to be falling by the way side!
The best advice ever "do some reading... Just a little bit" EDIT: "reading"
That is a beautiful white oak.
😢😢😢what in the what did they do! That is just horrible.
Второй раз абсолютно не правильно, нельзя на себя ствол ронять, ветер может быть и получишь по голове.
Camera distorts the angle, I was not at risk.
@@GameofTrees 😂 в следующий раз он может не прилететь, а бревно прилетит.
I would absolutely bring it to their attention, if it fails after you bring it to their attention it would be considered neglect and they could be liable for damages without insurance coverage
You would be doing a disservice if you didn't
It's called our govt maintenance here, lol
😃
That is pretty cool.how old do u think it is.
150 to 200
Welp...they're dead.
Not exactly but they’re going to be hazardous trees in the future
Please tell me that the tree facing his house, fell on the boat!!! 😁😁
It did not😃 I offered him a deal via registered mail after he displayed some bitterness concerning this video. Here’s how it finished 18 months later czcams.com/video/TASyNcK7HcQ/video.htmlsi=PKYUJCmCbJphoy2o Is
So sad. Such established trees ruined. Epicormic regrowth will be immense and they’ll have their trees back 3-5 times quicker but with unstable attachments. I always enjoy your content - thanks for taking the time to share
You are absolutely correct most people do not understand that physiology. They simply say look they came back.😃
that was crazy when that trunk broke away , you had it all set up with lines to prevent the premature dropping of those pieces ! but still scary! that was a challenge to cut and safely lower the chunks. were you chipping them on the street? or placing them for later disposal? great video, was that filmed in spring?
We chipped on the street. It was a midwinter filming.
Electric saws suck.
They have their place. I actually like them when I’m filming because they’re quieter.
Happens way too often in Tennessee. Wat too many lazy dudes from the 80's
I’m from the 80s 😂
Chestnut, elm, and now our oaks.
Such a gorgeous tree but totally sus :( ouch bye bye tree!
Trees naturally rot on the side closest to whatever is the most expensive
😃
What is this title? 😂
This is a tree with low branches that someone might attempt to cut with a ladder. The large branches then come down and knock their ladder out from under them as you can see I climbed the tree and didn’t have to worry about where the branches landed.
@@GameofTrees Ah, I see. Thanks for the explanation
Maryland is horrible for this you see butchered silver maples on every street in my area heck I even seen a topped red oak … it’s amazing
Looks like powerline right of way trees now.
That is absolutely horrible. Holy shit lol
Lmao
The worst is, they call themselves Arborists…. 😂😂😂😂
Yikes!
It continues to happen in boise. Scumbags with bucket trucks undercutting me and ruining trees
Cook rack
Holy butcher! I remember 20 years ago when it was common here in East Central WI. Specifically lake Winnebago East shore. A tree service had free roam until my bother started up and campaigned against it. We did a lot previously topped and rotted out removals from them. Yes, a little bit of research and knowledge sharing with clients goes along way. Leave them a card and quote for removal in 5-10 years 😅👍
Tree trimming ....it grows back and looks fine. I don't see the problem. Maybe you are just upset you didn't get the job.
You clearly dont know how trees work. That's awful work that will affect the trees for the rest of their lives. Like he said, "Know your craft & do a little bit of reading."
Dude you have no idea what is this job about… do you know something about secondary trunk and how it’s behave after some time ??? Read it and learn it …
@sammytrees6970 I don't f...n carr about some damn Yankees opinion on tree trimming. Tree guys are money grubbing overpriced businesses that have lied to me and others eay too often. You guys are rip offs except in situations where the tree poses a danger. You're just upset that they got it done cheaper than your price. Here in Florida the trees get butcherd by hurricanes and survive that. What was done to those trees is about what happens to the oaks here in a tropical storm. So sorry but I don't see any problem. Maybe it's just that yankee trees are pussies.
Those trees will need to be removed now buddy ,, what a shame .. hire a arborist.. dummy
This guy 😂
Which do you like better….The Echo top handle or the electric Husky?
If I had to choose one, it would be the echo modified. Very light and one ported it’s got great power for the size.
Awesome job brother
It was risky to fell the tree over the wood pile. It acted as a fulcrum and made the tree's movement less predictable. It also made it so the tree didn't fall as far before the hinge broke. The trunk pulled up on the hinge, which might be why the wood cracked slightly.
I could’ve cut the notch, just a little higher to take the wood pile out of play. . Good points.
What a stupid sensationalistic title! If you’re doing tree work, and it’s dangerous, it’s your fault! Tree work is super safe if you take precautions.🌿🌸
You do realize someone dies every three days in tree care and most if not all of them didn’t expect to. This was a dangerous tree that we did safely, but indeed, it could have been deadly.
@@GameofTrees Yea, man. They fucked up. It’s extremely rare that a tree or gear fails a climber. It almost always user error. 99.9 %. If you don’t agree, you’re next.😆🌿🌸
@@GameofTrees Also, defending idiots is a bad place to be. Good luck, fool!😆🌿🌸
I would say f this, hire someone else. Get a lawyer. Ill do the job once the courts decide this.

I’ve melted many twelve strand ropes. Friction is hot. 🤣👍
Oh this is an old video I already watched this one a long time ago I remember now
Yeah, this is the third one that we’ve remixed from older Contant that we thought was pretty good and we tried to make a faster edit. We have over 1000 videos on the channel and many of them will never see any more views, even though they have good content so by republishing them we can get more people to see them as the channel grows.
This is the kind of video I like nice and long great job God bless Kevin
Great job buddy as always God bless is it snow on the ground right now or is this in the winter time it's July 21st today do you guys really have snow
Would love to see new videos
So, there are over 1000 videos on the channel, we have published a new long form video at least once a week for over 3 years and only three have been remixed from former content in recent months. I have several in editing stages from unpublished content. I anticipate there are a few on the channel you have not seen😂
I've been watching you from pretty much the beginning. I learned a lot from you. I understand what your doing. I didn't mean anything by saying I would love to see new videos.
