    Ian, this is very helpful. I have an idea in a completely separate niche but I'm not sure if the customer base would yield enough sustainable revenue. Using reputation stacker as an example of where I am stuck, my idea would sell software to individual real estate agents as opposed to selling the software to doctor's offices. Would solopreneurs still be worth pursuing?

      Dearest Cassie - It depends on how much value your software offers to the real estate agents. For example, we have a lot of real estate agents using ReputationStacker to get more reviews on Zillow, etc., but we've found that unless they sell/rent a larger volume then they tend to not stick around for very long. So if your software provides a lot of value by saving time/effort or offering them insights that they otherwise couldn't get without using your platform then it can definitely work. Does this help?

    So, we can add a new definition to "Churn?" I know about churn as in churning milk to make butter, or churn as in churning out a new whatever.

    Great video format, unique presentation and short length definitely help retaining the viewer engagement. Have a business of my own so I'm also personally invested in hearing your story and progress. Easy subscription in the day and age when I don't even use an option of subscribing anymore. CZcams "shorts" brought me here and I'm glad that it did!
