this might be my least favorite episode of YLYL so far. i find the what the sigma meme so unfunny and this episode was filled with this shit. there definitely were some funny videos in there, but man, there were just more unfunny videos than funny ones and they weren't just unfunny, they were "wipe your smile off your face" unfunny. Jimmy himself was funny though, he is just a great, silly guy. have a nice day, i am sure next episode will be better

yeah he's on the right path only please don't pump a not fully conscious, not self-aware or in general physically incapacitated (in terms of being able to swallow, here) patient full of solid and yet small candies, especially when laying on his back. They could get into his throat/go down the wrong pipe and hinder the ability to breath and if your general consciousness is in question and your reflexes might not be the best, the patient may not have the ability to "throw it back up"/ dislodge it (lack of better term, English isn't my first language and I can't find the correct way to say this rn but I think you know what I mean) and this may cause further issues. From lack of oxygen in the body to supply organs and keep them functioning (if the asphyxiation or blockage isn't noticeable/overlooked yes it can be barely noticeable in some cases) to asphyxiation induced infections like pneumonia and so on. I also have a colleague who is a type 1 diabetic. Will kill anybody who uses the outdated standard of putting those solid but dissolving candies into a hypoglemic patient's mouth even if it is taught so in nursing school. Only if they are conscious enough to sit upright and swallow, and even then she has exceptions for those with swallowing issues in general.

I only go out when they park in front of my house. The fire engines are SO LOUD, I can't NOT go. Also, gotta check on my neighbors.
