Is it not the one for death row đą
Look at the rust build up. And she was using it like that ewww
whack it on a gockel g50
I want some giant meat sliced.
Mmmm rusty meat
little fun fact about rust, rust can only give you tetanus if its being exposed to soil as thats where the bacteria lives. so having a little rust isnt dangerous on household items
We've had to replace the switches on every one of those Kalamazoo grinders we have in our machine shop. We buy replacement switches from an electrical supply house across the street from us. The original switches last a year, but the replacement switches last almost a decade. Kalamazoo charges enough for those grinders that they don't need to cheap out on switches to make ends meet, but they do anyway.
Thats the problem with our Industry today
Ngl I trust her blade more than I trust Walmarts deli. Yall are so judgmental lol
I hope she knows thatâs not for cutting meat that is the same blade the same size with the same bolt holes that is used in industrial cutting presses in prints shops, itâs only one sided because itâs against a metal press that holds paper as the blade drops down and cuts whatâs past the guide. Worked in print shops my whole life and Iâve never seen one with rust. Sure a blade is a blade and has multiple uses but this is cheap and disgusting and Iâd imagine her place is to
She uses it for food w/ that kind of rust?!
You think this is bad..I worked at the cheesecake factory for 5 years and they literally had roaches in the kitchen drawers on the cooks line
What's a mutt putt restaurant? ANYBODY?
You're doing that wrong.
Has anyone in the comments been in a kitchen before?
đł not afraid of the rust, itâs what was left on it to cause the rust đ
Yes, keep it flat. You're gonna sharpen the whole edge not just the edge and then one flat edge
You can tell which commenters know NOTHING about food prep or restaurants lmao
Okay so how did that turn out
Ah yes. One hotpot with a side of rust seems great in a rainy day
Price: 1,400 đ
Use it for 20 years now, best ever
Poor-shuhh
Looks just like the blades on a wood chipper
My God it needs more than sharpening đźđź she cuts meat with that rusty thing đźđź?
I would never expect someone that needed to contact the manufacturer to get a replacement toggle switch to be smart enough to unplug the machine they're working onđđđ
Eww so basically pre sharpening sheâs been making food with a rusty blade? No bueno!
she needs a visit from the health inspector.
O wow! You replaced a toggle switch! Incredible!
Hey, its better then I coulda done! I probably woulda found some way to screw it up.
@@BiggsHobbies brother. It's not even unwiring anything. It's just spades. And it was like for like. Posting this video is embarrassing. And I apologize for talking shit.
@@trududdyb546 I mean, for clicks or otherwise, its great to celebrate the little things. I know its just a plug-in piece. As someone who has found a way to screw up instant mashed potatoes, I would never dream of being able to repair anything electrical, simple or not. I enjoy celebrating the small things I can do, and equally enjoy celebrating with others who do the same. Its alright if you think otherwise. Your entitled to your own opinion. But remember to celebrate the little things.
gotta love it when you go into a job thinking "this should be simple" and then it is! and everything works... no better feeling imo
It almost pisses me off sometimes. And idk why đ Like I mentally prepared for a grueling challenge and to waste half my day, all for a job to take 10 mins at most.
The feeling at the end is entirely relatable
I freaking knew subscribing to your channel would be one of the best ideas Iâve had
I was .2 seconds into the short and saw that this is a metal sharpening channel and instantly subscribed. I just know the satisfaction will be đđ
I don't like guys playing with my meat slicer, but you do you.
Cutting meat oh no.
No eye contact means itâs not genuine. The rest is ok. 6/10
The meat at her restaurant must be enriched with iron đđŒ
Damn. Stephen sharpens.
You didnât clean it up? Why did you leave the rust?!
If you don't want rust then don't eat out in America. As a chef that has worked for every single chain restaurant and plenty of other kinds as well they all have a rusty something or another they refuse to replace. Most of the time it's either the flat top they use or the sheet pans
Wearing givency but canât buy a new blade
Guys that rust probably formed after taking it off the machine. Only takes a wet surface about a day to look like that
I sharpen these on the same equipment I sharpen planer, jointed and paper blades on like they should be, so you don't change the edge geometry!
Sharpen big knife!!
People eat far too much meat far too much protein far too much of everything look in the mirrorđź
That's a blade for cutting paper, I've never seen one of them outside of a paper cutting press.
People are wondering where rhe restaurant is and if that not where his business is located then dyer st is the main and only inidcation of where in los angeles its at.
Nothing like the taste of rust in your meat its very good i must say but for real why didnt he polish it on the sander to take the surface rust off it
making California legal knives!
Thatâs a wood chipper blade
*this yucky lady
