Yes! Along with getting people interested in violin as cool instrument, and exploring the fundamental sounds of metal compositions, exposing people to new bands is my other goal for this channel!

Maybe I’m out of the loop but I didn’t know bitchute was a thing. If you put stuff on Instagram you can tag the band. Ardente and Whoredom Rife noticed me that way

Thank you 🙏 Funny you mention Forteresse. A while back I attempted to do a Short covering the intro to Les Sang des Heroes but scrapped it, but I might give the one you mention a try. Black metal tends to be hard to make a good cover because it’s often grinding sixteenth notes relentlessly and it’s hard to have that stamina with all the shoulder work it takes on the violin. I did recently do a Taake cover and if you check it out you can see how it kind of works for violin because Hoest had a very non traditional bm riffing style. Anyway, thanks for tuning in 🤘🏻

Actually prog Opeth made me a fan first and then I worked backward to their death era. Tomb Mold are amazing musicians and I think the new stuff works quite well in a live setting. Bought the LP to really work on giving it a proper listen lol

​@@VileinistFair enough. I always discovered bands back from their beginnings. The only exception is Nightfall (I discovered them via a Resident Evil Albert Wesker tribute video and the song was My Traitor's Kiss. It's from their album 'Diva Futura' in 1999 and it was a BIG step-away from their usual black/death metal. But because I discovered it, it has a special place in my heart. That song and Nightwish's She is My Sin were what introduced me to metal as a whole.)
