Not ABS standard, that's an available upgrade. i could be wrong, but i dont believe this bike had ABS either. front brakes are pretty good & just get used to using both when needing to stop quickly.
Nice! Does it have space/holes cut out for speakers -speaker pockets, to run a Cardo system?
Just ordered that seat. So fucking sick. I had the super reach solo from Harley. It was good for my drag bars but I’m swapping them with mini apes. And that seat will be perfect for the new bars
Would it be okay for a beginner?
Dear friend ,Hope you are fine .This is Jack who is the brand manager of Carpuride , We have the latest Apple Carplay Stereo for motorcycles ,We really like the professionalism of your content and We want to collaborate a dedicated video with you ,how can i contact you ?
Nice bike. Some mini apes, and some V&H slip ons would do it for me.I'd probably still go with a Heritage though.
I also prefer the heritage, it's a better ride. The new Fatboy is just much meaner looking
Hows that screen hold up to heat? i live in Vegas and its 111 most days in summer, is there a cover for it?
This sad video shows why owners should learn how to work on their own bikes, so many things here wrong. DIY, save $$$ and know it's done right.
To noicy
It’s worth mentioning one of the biggest problems for the 24’ which is the ABS system. At least for people who ride offroad. Once you kill it, it resets back to full ABS. Which is totally wack.
What cam please
Do need license of car or motor?
motorcycle endorsement, check for your state regulations, not all states are the same.
Here in Oklahoma a motorcycle endorsement is required
After seeing how a tech services even his own bike makes me cringe. I will never let anyone touch my baby.
Did the Can-Am experience on the F3-S as my first ride and then an RT Limited. F3-S felt a bit more squirly and wandering to me. There is STILL no Apple Car Play, they're offering $500 accessory credit I believe due to it STILL not being available...maybe for 2025? *rofl*
B E A U T I F U L
They also took out the adjustable KYB suspension for 2024, the guage spoiler and the seat cowel. It's basically the old base F3 with a painted frame and new wheels. Also like previously mentioned, Apple Carplay still not working, no Android Auto. It's beautiful though this year with the color combo but I will keep my 2023 as i feel the 2024 is a downgrade.
Still managed to find a new-in-box derby cover. Bought it with a discount. Today was a good day.
My 11 rs frunk fits my helmet gloves jacket and 50oz watter bottle. I love it lol
i see this as a downgrade from my 2006 Ninja 500. the older one has the same HP, larger 4.8gl gas tank, center stand, and larger more comfortable banana style seat with rear grab handle for passenger.
Apple Car Play isn’t available on 2024 Spyders. CanAm hasn’t released it and won’t say when it will be. Dont be fooled by this video
Luv my RT!
Just bought the SE KRT as my first bike. im only 5'4" and we dropped it to the lowest setting for me. But its a very forgiving bike and my friends all had fun with it. too bad its about to rain for the next 5 days... lol.
Is it set up for android auto.cuz im not an apple guy.that could be the only deal braker.
Nope its apple care play only no android auto which sucks
Doesn't matter anyway. Apple car play doesn't work and neither does the brp go app. You can bluetooth music. But after the last android update it's spots. Don't get me wrong I love the machine but I just wish they would have had the stuff working before they released it
Please don’t say you are not showing Apple car play cause you don’t have your phone. The real reason you can’t show Apple car play is because it still does not work and is not out yet for any of the can ams
THIS!!!
Still no update either !
And the brp go app doesn't work on it either
Best looking Spyder I've seen! I don't know if you know Purple on Three, but she has put a zillion miles on her Spyder and is a great ambassador for the brand. I have a friend near me who has a heavily modified Ryker which is pretty sick looking in black & green (Blackphoenix Entertainment). They both make 3 wheels look like a blast to ride. And hey, maybe I'm a weirdo too but I was hoping you'd do a low-speed demo hahah. Keep up the good work brother!
Price ?
Alot..
$30k plus
$22,099 USD plus dealer extortion fees.
"not comfortable" your the 1/10 people whose said this, everyone else says the bike is extremely comfortable for a supersport.
This is my favorite Supersport motorcycle. I absolutely love the ZX-10R, but that said, I do not think it's the most comfortable bike. Suzuki SS bikes take the cake for comfort in my opinion, but Kawasaki makes a better bike overall with ALOT less stigma lol
@@fastjax how cabt s1k?
Hey there, are you still using this helmet on the daily? How’s the padding holding up? Great review btw! As a thin girl myself I’m glad you mentioned the options for cheek padding good to know!
Yes, I do still use this helmet daily and it's been my favorite helmet I've owned. I plan on doing a follow up review shortly to show how the helmet has held up and to tell everyone how much I truly love this helmet. It was worth every penny!
When the bike is running why does it make that very distinct noise that sounds, like a rattle?
It's most likely the way my mic picked up audio inside my helmet. Nothing like that stood out to me while riding the bike. I think they sound great
Great review. With all the new models out is this still worth a look?
Yes, I'd say so. If it's within your budget and you like the style the Lowrider S is also a fantastic bike. But, if you just want something to cruise on, that rides and handles great. The Lowrider is still an excellent choice. Thanks for the complement as well!
Where did the ignition switch end up?
The bike has been reflashed and starts like the CVO, So with your fob on you, you just hit the Run switch to turn on power, followed by the start button to start it.
@@fastjaxso once the bike has been cvo flashed you aren’t able to lock the forks I’m guessing?
I really want this as my first bike. But the red/black version
Yes! The red and black Ninja 500 SE is stunning. This would make an excellent first bike
@@fastjaxPeople keep saying buy used but used, but this ninja looks spectacular. What's your thoughts on new vs used?
What do you mean by 14,000 rpm in the thumbnail? You never addressed that in the video?
1:90 seconds in
@@VigilanteMikewhere are you getting that number? Are you sure you’re not referencing the Ninja ZX4RR? My twin cylinder ninja 250 from ‘08 revs to 13k and with every generation it’s been reduced.
The ZX4RR redlines @16k, display shows 18k max and it's an entirely different engine altogether. The Ninja 500 is 451cc 2 cylinder engine. The ZX4RR is 399cc 4 cylinder engine. The Ninja 500 enters redline @11,500RPM, The Thumbnail is simply what the max is on the display. I think coming from the Ninja 250, you'd love the 500. They've come a long way.
This bike's limit is 11,300 rpm if I'm not mistaken. Still pretty high revving bike imo.
i agree 100% ... i keep your video to remember how it looks strait from the factory cause i did to it some changes !! cheers from Greece man !
Just got myself a new t7 rally from 2022, I actually prefer the simple dash without the TFT, I think it looks cleaner.

I love the review! Amazing on-hands, honest and straight forward video! Thank you for it! Looking forward to getting mine!
Thanks brother! I really appreciate it! I think you'll dig the bike. it's fantastic
Is this in panama city? I'm sure I know that pointless stop sign
Which EQ-Code do you use for this setup with 3 Amps?
got my name ,money, and trading my 2017dl650xt on a 2024 800de. don't get me wrong, the dl650 is a great edc bike, but for rougher back country stuff you have to take it realy slow. if this is just a klr on steroids, perfect!
I wanted a klr on steroids and I would say that's exactly what the 800de is, i got it about a week and a half ago, better in every way, quick, does the highway great, bone stock the suzuki kills my heavily modded klr with full cogent suspension and all the upgrades you can do to a klr, the vstrom handles amazing on the road, nimble, the tech on the bike is simple and works great, I think your going to love it
