Stumbled across this band one night on our blessed CZcams - such an intriguing line-up, trombone, violin,jazz drums, electronis, soprano vocals... and it works to perfection. Checked out all of their very different and wonderful albums until I heard Bird's Lament, at which point genius status was conferred. KDJE are postmodern masters and essential listening

6 years ago , i discovered this while on an acid trip at my friends house , he had an awesome sound system and decided to put on this album after the peak. I was amazed by experiencing quality music on quality speakers, that led me to save money for my own studio monitors and starting my journey as a music geek 😅

the mix is great except for the vocals, which I thought can be brought up a bit. I don't think they're that close to Kyuss that everyone needs to make a fuss. I think it's a really good album on its own.
