Golden Peak Half Marathon is a 21.1K road run through the hills of Ponmudi, part of the Western Ghats mountain ranges that run parallel to the Arabian Sea and located at 55.2km north-east of Trivandrum City. It is a volunteer-driven and non-profit event, organized and hosted by ITEN runners club Trivandrum, Kerala. GPHM is the only half marathon in South India with an elevation gain of 1000m, meandering through the thick tropical forest. The event starts at Anappara Gov. High School and ends at the Ponmudi Upper sanatorium.

    I dont buy these expensive bikes because no way I can justify the reason behind the pricing of such bikes. Complex machinery, precision equipments can be bought with less price. So how a very simple machine a bicycle costs that much? I feel like buying one will be like an insult to my common sense and buyer's remorse I cannot escape after the purchase. So I stay with low end bikes that is more than enough to keep me in top shape.
