I was watching this video and thinking why this angler was spending so much time filleting a tiny little fish. It seemed like so much work for so little reward and THEN he takes out the rice, the soy sauce and the wasabi and eats it as sushi - that was so Japanese and so AWESOME. Love it!

I could offer you a Dulo knife in Vanadis 4E (Diana Godness of Hunting) or a Bark River Gunny Hunter in s45vn steel with desert ironwood handle scales and a very nice custom leather sheath for left handers. I could offer you a Reiff F4 in CPM 3v too. Or another Knife. Perhaps the Joe Vogel Evo-X? Or Dawson Knives Deep Notch in Magnacut Or CPM 3V? Or two knives? I know you are so busy to read but in case if … More than a decade ago you taught me grinds and sharpening methods. Today I’m doing it semi professionally. For corse choice, diamond stones are best. For mid way sharpening best is ceramic stones and second best is diamond. For finishing naniwa 10’000 is absolutely best. Better than 3’000. Example of a winner combination; 600 greet diamond, 1500/2000 ceramic or diamond 10’000 Naniwa Whetstone The 12’000 pro is not as good at all. Thank you

A friend of mine has been making knives for a while and he has a really great model for hunting I would love to see you use! He uses mostly cpm steels and runs much higher hrc than “standard” he has a video testing 10v in bushcraft. Please let me know if you would be interested in trying one out in your videos!
