Im a 14 year old, once I stopped watching self improvement videos, which was around a year ago(sometimes i do watch but just to see whats going on) ive started doing way better in life, in karting (which is my sport, you can see some of my onboards in my channel), in social life, in my fitness, in my looks, in my mentality, pretty much everything.
I am a 21-year-old learning front-end development and this is my system: - Time Blocking: schedule what you are going to spend your time doing in a calendar. This way you separate execution and planning. I got this method from Cal Newport on his podcast Deep Questions and from Ali Abdaal. Then you go execute what is on the plan like a robot. Structure gives you more freedom, not less. By carving out specific chunks of time for different activities, you're ensuring you have time for everything important: work, hobbies, relaxation, and relationships. Instead of reacting to whatever appears during the day, you're designing your life according to your priorities. - Progressive Overload: To be disciplined you need humility. Having discipline is doing all the small things even when you don't want to. Make your bed, take out the trash, clean the room, and do the dishes. Do not think you are above these things. This is something Jordan B. Peterson really drilled into me. You think these things are beneath you. They are not. This is also how you build confidence. By building irrefutable evidence that you are who you say you are.

2:08 to 3:00 I will say decipline means to do the unwanted tasks. That you doesn't wanted to do. And that unwanted task doesn't has to be difficult or hard to do. It can be a simple task like going to the grocery store. Or listening mother or father is word's.

Very realistic and practical video! ^^ I really liked the part about mental energy and “don’t spread yourself out too thin”, many people often overlook this and say “just do it”, but doing very difficult things when you’re low on energy is nearly impossible. Played this video at normal 1.0x speed, and I noticed how it’s much easier for me to digest the content. Thank you for sharing this man, no doubt you’ve helped lots 🙏
