That Orange starfish you caught the (Orange Linckia Starfish) are very popular with people that have indoor sea Aquariums, and they cost between £25 to £35. Is the weed problem worse this year for you? The Solent is always bad but it's been a nightmare this year. Lots of shore marks totally unfishable at any state of tide and huge piles of the stuff on the HW line. Big hatch of flies as a result. All down to sewage discharge and high nitrate / phosphate levels, I think.

I've never seen you catch and of the flat fish species. Is that because you've got an entirely rocky bottom or do you just not target them?

that's a gorgeous 6 pounder and I have to tell you i like them between 4:00 and six pounds i think they're the best eating for atlantic lobsters they're wonderful when they are that big i don't care for one pounders or two pounders i like them when you get older they're just more tastier and you got more meat in the main body of the animal it's just more enjoyable to have a big lobster and just eat it from the front all the way to the tail. Same thing with spider crabs and reds crabs and the Dungeness i like them when they're just bigger animals

So what weight was the big lobster Troj?

watching your channel I've been amazed at the dopiness of all your fish, crabs and lobsters, try picking up a mud crab like you do brown crabs, or try handling a crayfish, spanish mackeral, spotted mackeral, taylor, or baracuda the way you do...let alone the eels or yabbies. had a pike eel literally charge me on land, and a green moray charge me whilst skin diving...guess the worm is turning, bit of hot weather and everything starts to liven up.
