Electric Light Orchestra - Live From 'TIME Tour' 1981-82
ELO (Electric Light Orchestra) performing some selections from the 'Time Tour'. I chose material from the album 'Time' that was performed regulary. 'Prologue'/'Twilight', 'Yours Truly 2095' and 'Here Is The News', accompanied by photos of the band during that period, as well as "Fred the Robot". The last full tour by the band. The band of course did 'Hold on Tight' and 'From The End of the World' every night as well, but I omitted those. They also regulary played 'The Way Life's Ment To Be', usually swapping between that 'Here is the News'. They did perform 'Ticket to the Moon' at least twice too, but no Live recordings of that song exsists unfortunatly.
All songs written and composed by the great Jeff Lynne, performed by ELO.
'TIME TOUR' lineup:
Jeff Lynne: Guitar, Vocals, Vocoder
Kelly Groucitt: Bass, Vocals
Richard Tandy: Keyboards, Piano
Bev Bevan: Drums, Percussion
Mik Kaminski: Violin, Additional Keyboards
Louis Clark: Orchestrated Keyboard, Keyboard
Dave Morgan: Acoustic Guitar, Keyboards, Backing Vocals, Vocoder on 'Yours Truly 2095'
+ "Fred the Robot"
R.I.P. Kelly Groucutt and Louis Clark Sr.
Enjoy!

Savatage Fan and saddened by the Music Industry for Not give Them The Red Carpet because they deserved it.
We will never see Sabbath alive with Gillan,,sad 😢

0:24 Thought it’s was Dave Mustaine instead of Wolf😂😂
Hands down one of the best bands in history of music
Knallbra av Mr T. Øien/ Tindrum 😉
Saw this tour in Long Beach (CA), incredible!
Oh,GOD,,,the motherfucker took my breath away,,,,
By some miracle I heard this on a small town radio station in Ohio, it was a live recording. how in the hell is that even possible? I was clearly gifted by the rock gods that night and never forgot it.
Possibly Accept's Best Album!!!
Bob Welch does a way better job at this than Lindsey Buckingham
I have serious doubts this is live. It is exactly like the studioversion. In the endsection you can hear an acoustic guitar wich is not there. This is obviously mimed.
My throat hurts just listening to this. I was also the 667th person to like this video!!
Hey Cris your one Very Unique Speical Talent that does Still Shine On.R.I.P missed but not forgotten.
Man he was crap live for sabbath. Glad he got back with purple the following year. He was amazing with them. Born again could have been good if the production didn't have aids
Deep purple mark2 is the only rock machine of all times...ian gillan is the rock
best song super
It cannot be overstated how perfect this song is.
Esa melena de león de Ian me encanta que se habrán dicho con Blackmore.

Trademark Criss riff. The fluidity is unmatched, his melodies are always there
I saw this tour in 84 I was 21 I'm 61 now so glad I went bought tickets that night me and my best friend 21 looking for something to do. 1984
Thanks for using the Stuttgart audio! It's a rare opportunity to hear how well they performed this track live!
Non mi sarebbe dispiaciuto un successore di born again
Love it
Bob did justice to the song and the vocal! With only one guitarst...Great!
Savatage is fuckin amazing!!! My favorite Metal band!!🤘🤘🤘🤘😎😎😎🤘🤘😁👍👍
Me gustaria que la toquen en la proxima gira
Jeg bryr meg ikke hva folk sier. 90 talls Kaptein Sabeltann er uendelig mye bedre enn noe som heslt etter "Forheksete Øya" i 2000.
Does anyone have the original entire show of Christmas at Mintreaux in 1986?
Ian Gillian Era 1983 was some 0f the best black sabbath. Best without ozzy anyway. Love Ronnie james Dio of course, great to hear ian singing his material when he was with them. Good stuff!
Why Judas didnt put this track in the turbo lover? This theme is is speedy 😊
This is cool. Were there any other videos released from the album?
Nope
Wait!!! Is that JOEY TEMPEST on guitar???
One of the best shows I ever saw. The first return of BTO!!!!!!!!
Same here. Wonderland 1984 !!
Wow I gotta say this is a hell of a jam on this thing! Crazy how much younger Gillan looks (of course, he WAS)
My favorite norwegian band
The Sabbath period finished destroying Ian Gillan's voice. He didn't have a lot of technique, just sheer talent and a lot of screaming, and he used to give 100 per cent everywhere he sang (still does, btw). That's not sustainable for long time periods. Even though I find his sharp screams awesome here, his voice cracks become too distracting for me to enjoy it without much trouble.
Beautiful song!!
Love It!
INCREDIBLE!!! 🤘😎
