Most enjoyable to watch (for me living here in Germany), Watched all vids, one after the other. Personally I avoid/ boycott anything 🐸, and allways travel thro' Harwich to Holland on the overnight ferry coming home. I haven't used the Motorways or Autobahns now since 3/18 as they're too stressy. You both had me smiling and laughing now and again with your reactions to Germany and the chemistry between yourselves, keep it up guys. Now where's that subscribe button👈☝️👉👇😉
Mate thank you very much for this comment, really appreciate it and so glad you liked the videos, made my day. I need to do more Europe tours, I did one in 2019 but didn’t have as many cameras so didn’t film any of it. We will definitely be back soon though mate so watch out for those videos.
I have a 2024, 23MY, 1290 SAS, with the MITAS tyres, I have been pleasantly surprised, done 3500m with about 1500 of them in the pissing rain and have been pleased with the performance, however, I am a bridgestone fanboy so A41's will be going on shortly. Very impressed with KTM the Radar is amazing, I thought it would be just a gimmick but on dual carriages or motorways in heavy rain it is invaluable.
I didn’t really get chance to try the mitas but I had heard horror stories about them that may have made me slightly apprehensive about them. I had just put a set of pr6 on my 2019 SAS and loved them, really grippy and confidence inspiring so I thought I’d get another set out straight on this one. I’ve not really used the radar yet, but cruise control was invaluable on the big motorway stints on our recent Germany trip

Haha luckily mate, back in Jan 2023 I was advised by the Drs my cholesterol was high, so for the previous 15mths I’ve not eaten that much junk food, but yeah this was a joke, in my defence though we did need just quick food and what else can you do. Nearly lost the hire car deposit when she did that 😂😂
Shame about the weather. It chucked it down on us on our recent Pyrenees trip. Plenty of healthy eating on this road trip 😅😅 Good to see another confident woman rider 👍👍 Hope the testicle has made a reappearance
Haha it has finally reappeared, it was a relief when it finally did 🤣. The weather was disappointing, especially as there was so much more to explore on the bikes, it felt like the riding was snapped away from us a bit prematurely. But hiring the car ensured we got to see a bit more than the four walls of the apartment. It was funny actually, we left the uk and the weather was terrible, but nice in Europe, then it was vice versa on our return home, glorious sunshine which made the ride up the M6 a little bit easier to swallow

She’s a unicorn mate I couldn’t agree more with you on that point. I was a piece of shit on that day, maccies, Burger King, papa johns pizza and a brioche and croissant, I disgusted myself watching it back 😂. But I am using the excuse that being on the bike uses a lot of calories 😂😂

Great vid pal, you’re right about the food and coffee thing, when we were in the Pyrenees stopping for coffee and pastries cost about 8 or 9 euros in England they’d charge you £14:50 and make you wash the dishes. Europe have got it sorted and that’s why I don’t really plan on touring the UK anymore. It’s wank (apart from Scotland but then you’re still paying the ‘kilt tax’) 👍🏻
Mate, this comment is exactly how I feel. Plus I’ve done the England, Scotland and Wales loads. I don’t know where else I can tour that will give me the excitement as I’ve done most of what I’d consider the good roads so many times. Europe definitely treats its people a lot better than we’ve been treated for the last 14 years
Great trip. I've done the B500 in 2012 travelling north from Austria. No cameras on it back then. Probably the best road I've ridden. You'll just have to go back! 😁
Fancy Picos next, or maybe down the other side of Europe. So many trips to do and not enough free time mate.

I do like them spicy sausages!👌👌 Think my gut would've hit the roof of that slide when I led down. Cracking video John, them roads look proper and gagging for a spanking or two. As you say, if that was a group of blokes, you wouldn't notice half of the scenery cos you'd be too worried about thet bend that's coming up at a great rate of knots.
To be fair mate me and Alison would usually spank them, but we decided on this one to take our time, have plenty of stops and see the views etc. we did Europe and all we did is nail it and I couldn’t tell you about much of the scenery we passed 😂. Plus I also couldn’t tell you what a European speed camera looks like so god knows how many pictures I’ll have had taken 😂

b500 being closed probably did you a favour its good but usually busy and plenty of cameras, you cant really go wrong with any of the roads round there though😁
The bit we actually got on had good views, but it wouldn’t have been much fun unless you were doing at least 80/90mph as the bends were wide and sweeping but because of that they would only be fun at those speeds. You are 100% correct though, you can turn down any road and it is awesome, I’ve never done so many switchbacks, it was so good.
Your next euro trip should be the Austrian alps. A ton of mountain passes, there's a loop, Austria, Slovenia, Italy in a day. Germany is good, west Austria, the best roads I've ever ridden. The transport museum in Munich is worth a stop on the way down to Austria
I’ve done a bit of it mate in 2019, we went from the Black Forest down to Lake Garda but it was rushed. The roads and scenery were awesome though. That is on my list and the Picos, have you done them?
I like how the air filter was moved out from under the fuel tank to being in front of the fuel cap under the “glove” box as we call it in the states, that and it looks like it only has room for one single glove😂
