Mercedes ML 270 CDI Not Revving Past 3000RPM - FIXED!
In this video I went about fixing the problem where that was preventing the ML to rev past 3000rpm. The car felt really slow and was taking about 26 seconds to do 0 - 60mph. Now the car is fixed and pulling like a train again.

The driver side window stopped working on my Nissan 200sx S13, after some troubleshooting I found out that the problem wasn't the obvious, the electric motor but the relay that is located at the drivers side door. A solder was cracked in one of the connections in the relay's circuit board. I repaired the circuit board and everything started working again. In the end was a very cheap fix. I hope...

So i followed this video to a Tee and my 10amp tail light breaker pops after 15-20min of running the car with the lights on ...so cant say that this mod is 100% . Unless the video creator has a solution for my constant popping breaker
Hi mate. Not sure what's the problem in your car but I can tell you I've had this mod in my car for years now without any issue and my mate did the exact same on his aristo and never had any problems. I assume there's a problem with the wiring in your car because I've never heard about anyone else with the same problem before. 👍🏻
@@evosgarage assuming would make an A$$ out of you and me...there's no problem with my wiring I've been wiring cars for 10 years I'll chalk it up to it being a GS400 anf being slightly different...I followed the club lexus write up and have had no issues since.
I'm glad you managed to sort your problem. I don't know about the specifics for the gs400 as I've never owned one so I wouldn't be able to troubleshoot your problem in the youtube comment section without having the car in front of me, I've only worked on the gs300 and the aristo.
What size are the spacers 20 or 25mm I have the same set up but wondering if I could get away with 25 30 mm spacers
They are 20mm but there's still space, I'm sure 30mm will be fine and look even better

I have these on my e60 and in the medium stiffness they feel good. But too soft or too hard and they ride like crap. Find that middle ground, get ur height to how u want it and go nuts!

I have the same problem with my 2009 C c220 cdi. Only after its warmed up and engine under stress, something happens, no kick down and won't go over 3000rpm.....I will attempt to change the MAF sensor and let you know.

Run the magnetic bed at 60 set but them don’t last long for me only two times after that did not matter how much glue you used so I will go to glass bed

I've used low melting point solder wire, makes it easier to solder the components on the board.

I have been searching for weeks and couldn't find the same problem, I changed the MAF. Map, EGR Valve and solenoid, Swirl Flaps and actuator and still had the same problem. I checked all the intercooler hoses for leaks, no issues, but the problem remained, until I finally checked the solenoid for the Waste Gate actuator and found a bad connection, I tested the car and BINGO

A word of caution.. The Toyota FSM states never to use any abrasive sheets to clean the inside of the knuckle bearing bore nor the wheel hub. You DO NOT want to remove or shave any material in those areas as the wheel bearing and wheel hub are both interference fit..
What’s the top torque spec on middle tower nut
Unfortunately I couldn't find that info so I just torqued it by hand until it felt like it wasn't going anywhere.👍🏻

This is a really good tutorial!!! Especially for those who just start using ABS and find that it floats over the bed like a snowboarder :) A few questions if anyone can answer please: Is a glass bed suitable for ABS? (My magnetic pad doesn't hold the ABS right now) I put my ABS in acetone for 30 minutes and it didn't melt. It gets softer and that's it. I just received this wire and it says on the package: "CR-ABS". I hope it's not some weird ABS compound. Any advice would be appreciated.
Yeah the glass bed works very well with abs. I had no problems. You either got some weird abs mix or your acetone is not strong enough I would say. Wish all the best 👍🏻
Hello, I have a r32 gtr thats been converted to LHD. now the issue is i still use the original mirrors and the one thats now on the passenger side does not fold far enough, so I can't see. Do you have ideas on what I can do? I was told the s13 240sx mirrors in the US would fit the same but they dont have the folding function. Perhaps I could just buy a used lhd mirror and change out the mirror actuator inside? What do you think?

Just got mine out but cant get them off the plastic do they come off?
You can heat the glue around the speakers and rotate it to free up the tabs and it comes off, sometimes it doesn't work because the glue is super old and hardened, 2nd method is using a thin flathead screwdriver and gently pry the speaker off the tabs! It doesn't matter is you break the tabs imo as aftermarket speaker won't slot in there anyway. I hope this helps you man🤜🏼🤛🏼

Have you had any issues with top mounts sliding? The top hats don’t have the nipple to hold them in place and even torqued they’re just sliding back and forth on the factory “camber” adjustment .

bro don't you need to have a two-fuel line going for the fuel pump?, i have only one fuel line like yours and i bought a white fuel pump and top line is leaking due to not having any hose connected. Do i need to block one of them so fuel wont leak ?
Different versions of the E36 will have different configurations of the fuel pump assembly, on my case one port is open and the other is closed from factory. I've seen other models that used both ports on the top.

You don't have to replace it unless it's falling apart because it's only a plastic mesh. It only stops solid debris from going in the pump. You can clean it from inside out and it will be good as new, just put it back again. The main thing is it being clean!👍🏻

Did you run into problems with wheel rubbing the coilovers??! My front wheels are rubbing and shredding my tires
No because we were already running like 20mm wheel spacers.
Hey has anyone ran into the problem of their rims hitting these coilovers? I recently installed them on my e60 but I've got 19" hussla rims and was wondering if I done something wrong before I go buy new rims
Seems to be a common issue, get wheel spacers. Lots of them on sites like pelican parts. I'm watching these vids trying to figure out if my std 550i rims will hit.

Hi mate! I would suggest you get the codes scanned with a cheap Bluetooth obd2 reader. That's likely to point in the right direction and it might be something very simple to solve!👌🏼 It seems the ecu going into limp mode and there must be a good reason for it but it can be something simple as MAF sensor for example.
@@evosgarage ok thanks although i have a more pressing issue with it at min, it is stuck in nuetral wont go in reverse or park, sort of half goes into drive but not as far as normally lever should go but at least i can move it forwards, i have just bought a used lever and gear selector and 🤞 that will sort it
Hi quick update which may be of help to others in future, i replaced the gear shifter module with a second hand unit as three diff sources said it would not need programming on a2002car WRONG! A nightmare time with lots of issues (stuck in 1st, no reverse saying R when im driving!.stuck in 4th..and others!) Took it to a magic auto elec who took all the "brains" out of my old shifter and put them in the new one and it is now working fine after a week👍 now its pouring black smoke and loss of power though🙄 bloody vehicles eh😅

If I could choose I would prefer the 3.2 inline 6. The engine from the 320CDI.

@ramonbs6075 unless you live in dubai or the USA I would recommend the 270CDI as the 3.2 v6 is known to be veeeery thirsty😉
