Yeah it is indeed possible to disable the Chimera. The achilles heal is the Tholian Ship phase. Just torpedo it a few times and just keep hitting it with disabling phasers until it is totally disabled(all red). I got the demo for this on PC Gamer disc, I think. Was so bored I couldnt even play thru the demo version.

God I'm old. I played thos game when it was new and loved it. Was very excited when it came out. The best feature of all, and I didn't know this until after I started playing, was the fact that the cadet Captain and I share the same name!

Whilst testing the cadets on how they deal with "bad orders" seems like a good idea, doing it in second mission was a bad one. My kid self never really got over the confusion that this situation caused, IIRC.

If this game was not so buggy I could beaten it.

“Scholest, Larman Scholest!” I always remember my friend reading that outloud when we would play this game on a rental from the video store. Never was able to beat the second to last stage when you were on a lava planet and had to defend a base, always ran out of SRMH. Never got to see the end of the game except on CZcams. Had a feeling Yerg was behind it all along!

Sure was nice of the aliens to let us leave our one-of-a-kind experimental craft in their base, completely undisturbed, while we went on a quick sightseeing tour in one of their stolen fighters 😁 they didn't even charge a parking fee!

Dogs don't notice but people do in town. Haha nice Atm I'm stuck on this chase. Was always annoying but more so now.. Can't get past the first table

I partially got this game working but none of the cutscenes work. Honestly a pretty cool simple RTS game. Wish someone would make a new RTS game of this. Doesn't have to be ground breaking, just fun.

Eu quase terminei o jogo, é muito bom. Incrivelmente melhor que a versão PSP que é só um monte de textos... estilizados, mas ainda assim um monte de textos. A textura e o design dos inimigos no NDS também é incrível. E o melhor de tudo: é OpenWorld.

The music in the catacombs is absolutely mesmerising (e.g. 24:00 - 27:00) . What an absolutely brilliant game. Insane graphics at the limit of what was feasible at the time. Interesting storyline with lots of edge. Can you believe that this puppy was originally delivered as 8 x 1.44 floppies?

can we talk about how weaksauce the force was in this game? it just freezes enemies for a couple seconds and only works like half the time. virgin luke skywalker using the force the CHAD force unleashed

I just bought a new version of this game online as one of the original CDS just broke, after inserting the new CDs the PC Cd ROM s won’t read it, it says “insert CD one” but the disc is not readable did I just bought a bootleg copy or my CD ROM drive is no longer working? help!
