I get where you're coming from. The ragdoll issue with HD2 severely dampaned the fun especially for the earlier PS5 versions of it. I'd say when it comes to maturity, HD1 had more than enough time to iron out the issues throughout the years. What I like about HD1's teamwork mechanic was the fact that everyone needs to be on the same page on the exfil plan when crap hits the fan! Otherwise, all divers will be squished.

@@Mr.Gomezz brother, just do it. At first I was apprehensive if I did the wrong thing by buying the Super Citizen edition, but now, I say this confidently - this is the best game purchase I've ever made!!!

You got me excited as well! I'm not a big fan of the Sickle gun in HD2, especially is relatively long wind-up time.

Friend code changes every time you generate it so there's really no way to add someone unless you both are doing it live, basically

Hey there! Not at all! I'd even wager that it's part of the fun gameplay. Dropping on someone not your team mates (boss bugs and borgs) are equally effective! Also don't forget to use your re-supply drops as offensive strategem. Rail gun a charger, call in ammo and hope it falls onto the stunned enemy.

That's exactly what I did. Haworth was really helpful in sending out a replacement chair.

@@KevBautista Same happened to me a few days ago :c New fern and when i lean back lumbar support immediately fall down (only usable on lowest position) I contacted with haworth and they gonna replace my chair to new one. Hope it will work properly now

Certainly. We've had our fair share of coop encounters with a Mech player that couldn't care less when they kill us. Static field and other strategem used for crowd control is always a plus. The Tox gun is also fantastic in combining crowd control and damage. The only downside is you need to bring ammo with you which is a bummer when you are using Tanto/Sickle/Trident. @@KevBautista Mechs #1 job is not to step on companions, 2# ammo management, #3 take heavy armored enemies out. Its bit different but personally I very rarely if ever stepped or shot any one .

First time hearing about good mech pilots being rare too. Though I mostly played a lot of high difficulty solo, because I felt awkward when not playing with friends at the time, making use of the light mech and its cannon to handle heavies. Surprising how long you can make it last when you learn how to pilot them properly. Though I did also have earth defense force teaching me mech conservation at the same time. Regardless I’m really hoping we have the option for a cockpit view in the new game.

Hi there! Thank you for your comment. We reported the issue to Haworth, they acknowledged it, said that we can use the chair while we wait for the replacement. After 3 weeks or so, the new chair came in and no more issues. Hope this helps clarify things. I was disappointment like you at first, but their customer service is really good.

You're in for a treat since Helldivers 2 is in third-person POV. I'm sure it's goingto be a big adjustment for many, including me.

Exactly. If you're on PSN, I highly recommend purchasing the Super Earth Ultimate Edition Weapon Pack DLC. If on PC, look if there's a DLC that unlocks all the weapons for you. The game becomes a whole lot better with them. Let me know if I can help you any further!

I'd always go with the Trident for reasons you mentioned. Trident is great for clearing out patrols on non-retaliatory strikes. The Sickle is also a good option for this, meanwhile the Tanto is great for close-ranged bugs elimination. For retaliatory strikes, my order or preference for laser weapons is as follows: Tanto > Trident > Sickle. Pair that with Tox or Rumbler then you're good to go! Good luck!

Yes, I received my Fern two weeks ago, in leather with aluminum base, and I am having the same issue. I contacted support and they offered to replace the chair. At this point I'd prefer to just be credited for the extra $ I paid for the lumbar support add on, but that is not an option they are open to apparently.

@@lindsey3057 I'm sorry to hear that. I felt from a logistics standpoint, sending a replacement chair instead of sending someone to repair the chair is so wasteful. I also asked if I can get refunded for the part but they said no. Still waiting on them to get back to me on the root cause of the issue. I'll share it back with the community when I hear from them. @@KevBautista I got my Fern chair around the beginning of October this year in the Beach color mesh (not digital knit) with lumbar support, plastic frame, and no forward seat option. I was wondering if this was just me or not. I contacted them already about the issue and they suggested I return the chair. The entire time I thought maybe this was a one off as I didn't see anyone else reporting the same issue until now.

I'm glad you had that sorted out. These types of issues are so surprising for this price point. For fun, did you get your chair delivered with a box or did you get just the chair? We ordered another Fern and to our shock, we only got the chair. As if the delivery person just found a computer chair lying on the curb and picked it up. Not a premium unboxing (or lack thereof) experience, for sure.

Did you get the replacement chair? Does it have the same issue? I just ordered one and should be here next week, but then I found your video so now I am worried. I will definitely test this ASAP.
