how can i get this?
Seems crazy to have to make the footings so large.
It is, lol. I'm doing mine right now and it's so overkill. I believe they say it's for uplift but doesn't make sense. Mine would've required one more post (2 wedge bolts) instead I have to add 4,000 lbs of concrete footings.....

Hello
Dam that inspector is hard core, in fresno we don’t have them want all that
what's at 0.09 ?

One good wind storm and it's in the recycle bin lol Steel There's no substitute
Hi Luks good. What type the wire you run for the reset light?
Do they make these for flat roof?
Custom order from Alumawoodproducts.com
cani use wood beam on the rafter bracket?
can i use wood beam or it have to be aluminium?
Nice work! How do you attach the pergola to the house if you have soffit vent siding covering up the existing roof rafters? Can you attach the pergola directly to the 5” aluminum gutters that are attached to the fascia on the house?
Hello Bernie, I’m certainly no expert. Just a DYI’er.I would say that the gutters would not be strong enough to hold the weight. I too have a soffit. I plan to remove soffit, install rafter brackets (Not yet purchased), notch soffit and reinstall. The brackets will be perfect for my application as my gutters are 8’9” above my deck. Don’t want to go with roof mounts for my pergola project in the spring.
Correction, gutters are 7’9”. Can’t edit comment for some reason. Hoping pergola with that height won’t be too low.
Gorgeous installation. I want the exact same thing. How do find out which bracket slope I need?
how much for a 12x10, non insulated, in temecula in 2021?
Is there a curved option?
its polite to respond when people ask you a question
What’s the cost for this one minus the fans?
We would like an estimate in Winchester cal,
Hello, can someone contact me? I'm interested
Why such a big footer for that alumawood?
You guys have anyone in the Central Valley of California. Fresno area?
How did you get the extra beam to mount the screen on the long side touching the house? It isn't on the side without the screen. I have a similar product but can't figure out how I would mount a retractable screen because of the slope of the roof.
Biggest pile of horseshit video I’ve seen!
Usually if there is an existing patio cover we take it all out. What we attached to is the concrete with anchor bolts. Engineering only requires a 3 inch concrete slab for standard builds.
If there is an existing patio, will you just drill into it to install the brace "pole" anchors?
Were was the switch for those fans
Yes, it is over kill in my option too. That is what the engineering says. I think half that size would be fine. And less work for us :) One time we had 30"x30" and it was 29" in a few spot. The inspector for that city called me out to scrap the side down. Now we just dig 2" bigger then required. It's a pain but holding up jobs over 2" is more of a pain. Thanks for your comment. Nathan
I'm not a structural engineer but it seems to me that that is waaay over kill on the footer, especially for those 4 x 4 posts. we just finished our patio roof and we hired an engineer to draw up the plans and the footer was only 36" x 36" 2 feet deep with rebar, our columns are concrete blocks 16" x 16" x 9 feet high with poured-in concrete cells.
That's what I was thinking. I expected them to use Sonatubes. Man those are some incredible footings!!
What brand shades arethusa and how do you attach them? FYI I live in Menifee off Newport.
what are the measurements of it and around how much did it cost?
Nathan and Anusone did a great job. They did everything promised and more. I Definitely recommend their work, very polite and respectful and finished in a timely manner.
