Sometimes your residency training may not include important aspects such as the business of healthcare or anesthesia for myself. These are things we, unfortunately, have to learn once we get out into the field but they can sway the direction our careers take drastically. Here are my thoughts on why that is and what we can do to increase the number of entrepreneurs and leaders in healthcare.

Thanks❤
It was superb really ❤
Great. Really clear. But I was hoping you'd talk about the actual leakage. How does that water get out of the capillaries?-- Intercellular spaces between endothelial cells? Aquaporins? Something else? And are those places, whichever they are, 'stretched' when hydrostatic pressure inside capillaries increases with CHF? And is the mechanism in the lungs the same when pulmonary edema is caused by CHF?
Very Impressive!🥰
WOW!!! Such a great video! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Pls start regular posting.. We need it pls.

Where do I start? What can i do besides blogging or consulting for making a CZcams channel, all which feel saturated at this point... I've got a half a decade of inpatient hospital management involving some of the sickest patients in the country... And I'm so burnt out from clinical medicine. I dream of being my own boss and doing something with my medical license...
Great explanation I think the hang up for me was the actual term paradoxus. To me that meant the opposite effect of normal. When in reality it's just an exaggerated effects compared to normal
Really good
Why does Ca+ influx happen in repercussion injury?
Great explanation
Thx🎉
My situation was caused by acid reflux. An my slurred speech was caused by tapeworms an pinworms overwhelming my stomach and throat and tongue. Damaging my nerves that control my tongue an swallowing. I have a dislocated right shoulder an right hip. The doctors I've been to are dumber then rocks My primary called me delusional and didn't even examine me for parasite worms. Which many doctors even dermatologist would say oh you eczema an prescribe me Prednisone steroids. Over many years Which ruined my immune system. My nurse practitioner denied my request for deworming prescription and wouldn't test me for parasites. She sent me too a neurologist who tested my arm and leg nerves and muscles said I had progressive ALS without asking me any questions. Over the years I've had to research my self and I know my body. I can't believe how money grubbing doctors are who milk our health insurance an be controlled by the crooked government that are trying to kill us off.
we need more basketball wisdom and mnemonics
amazing explanation

For the first time in my life that I completely understand its meaning. Thank u very much
Afterload is the resistance vs the force of pumping blood from left ventricle and right v. At exercise the preload and the end diastolic volume and sv , ef , cardiac output, force of contractility increases while the (afterload and end systolic volume) decreases --compared with at rest.
Very cool Ty!
Very interesting. Thank you.

So, an increase in preload during inspiration will cause decreased of left ventricular volume and eventually decrease CO and BP? Is this understanding correct?
Thanks
Will it be Left to right shunt instead of Right to left shunt for ASD or VSD as pressure on the left side is higher than the right side?
It’s left to right shunt
What about too much prolaction plus cushing syndrom?
increasing abdominal pressure by breathing pumps the blood to an area with less pressure - the thorax - increasing preload ** not decreasing.
Thank you so much
Thank you this helped alot
Brilliant!
Good video….. thank you
Thanks a lot!!
