Love the video John. I used to work close by for about four years & used to walk around there a lot during the summer.
Great video as always John, lots of great facts too. London has some beautiful lakes and gardens. Lovely to see a black swan visiting or maybe it’s a regular sight there. Keep up your great videos John, I always enjoy them 😊
Another great vid John. Interesting facts about Waterloo that I didn't know. I love the park, but the last time I was there, I nearly got run over on Birdcage Walk. My own stupidity.
Middlesex not surrey! And it's Staines! (the upon thames bit is snobbish and wholly unecessary). I don't care that some sources claim it's in Surrey and that the name of the town has that stupid suffix, I don't recognise either! (that upon thames nonsense was inflicted upon us from people who don't come from here I'm sure!)
Unfortunately, Middlesex is no longer. It's Surrey for sure whether we like it or not.
A fine video John. A regular haunt of mine during the summer.
Brilliant video John. There was a studio in Kilmarnock called Shabby Road. We did some recordings there. No zebra crossing though. There was one of Elton John's grand pianos. I kipped under it!
Beautiful place ❤
Great video John 😊
I never realised just how stunning the Islands are. I've only ever seen the Azores from a great height. I must put it on my places to visit list. Good video John, although I'm wondering how much of that tart went on the floor!
I wish I could have spent more time there.
Looks a lovely place John, I must admit I like the quieter places. You certainly get around a bit, you have some great videos on here, you are a very well travelled man, long may it continue John 😊
@@angieward2762 I shall second that Angie
@@angieward2762 Many thanks Angie - I've always enjoyed travelling so will continue as long as I can.
@@johncull yes you must John, I’m not a big traveller but envy some of the places you have been. Hope you are keeping well John 😊👍
Great video John 😊
Lovely little video again John. Looks a lovely area, no rubbish around which good. Sorry to hear you got a little lost but all part of the experience John. 😊
Good video Sir outlining Walton on Thames I used to knock around these parts twenty years ago it has really changed for the.better
A nice video John of a place that I've never been too. I go further along the coast to Exmouth & have done the boat trip along the coast many times. Keep up the good work.
Thanks Dave - Weymouth is easy to get to from London (Waterloo)
Why does no 1 talk about Oak hall demolished in 1930s⚘
Lovely video John, it’s a place I have never visited but always wanted to go to. 😊
Hi Angie. Hope you are well.
Great wee video John. That beach looks perfect for kite flying. Not sure I liked the look of the chips!
Great video John. Did you visit the sand sculptures they are amazing
My Grandmother taught art at the Oasthouse my father and my grandmother were moor masters and registered commoners. My great uncle worked in the lino factory my uncle ex stuntman still lives in Staines great video..
Tim that's very interesting info - many thanks for getting in touch
Nice video. Nicely done.
Thanks John. Great info.
Mr Cull, out of all the airport staff I watched on TV, you were my absolute favourite. As an aviation enthusiast, I tune into all the airport documentaries.
Nice trip down memory lane for me. I grew up there in the 1960's for 30 years and now am retired in rural Wiltshire. Thanks.
Awful watching this now 😮😧
Cheers John, great video. Well done.
Which series is this?
Great video John 😊
So they leave their bags on a plane but somehow think it’s everyone else’s fault. Stupid women!
Got to love people that think a can cancellation/delay is just done to annoy them 😂
Great video John. My niece lived in Putney for many years, so I know the area pretty well.
Lovely little video once again John. Good to see that there are some green spaces left for people to visit, sounds wonderful with the birdsong. Lovely wildflowers too. 😊
Fantastic John. Looks like a very tranquil park and great for bees and frogs. I always love hearing about the history of the tube and you do a grand job. Our Subway used to be entirely underground, but the sheds are above ground now. They always were, but the trains had to be hoisted out of the tunnels. We have a new fleet which can be driverless. The tunnels are still only 6 miles long, but I love the clockwork orange. Love it John
Great classic video John keep it up! :)

Hi John. I noticed at 2:24 you say "6 10 car and 30 5 car". I assume this was a simple typo in your script, but it's 60 10 car trains, not 6.
Many thanks for pointing it out
I've been looking for an old episode of Airport where a guy from Chicago was arrested for joking that his violin was a gun as my friend doesn't believe it happened but can't find the episode lol
It certainly happened but I haven't seen the episode for years. You must never joke with security staff about such things 🙂
@@johncull shame I can’t find it as I need to show him It haha
Hello John, I really enjoyed this video, as it covered a lot of my old stamping ground. I've not been along there since Covid, but it still looked very familiar. Thanks for posting.
Dave it's a nice walk - very interesting.
Great video John, i walked along there during the Kings coronation and it was so crowded it took me ages to get anywhere
Go to Ashford Surrey
Looks like it was made for this livery🙂
😄
Great video John. I seen a BBC article earlier about Tae Sung in the DMZ looking toward 'Peace village'. Pretty scary.
Greetings! Nice video about the real positions there
Good video John, looks a nice area for a flat walk. That Magnolia looks amazing, will look beautiful when it comes into full flower 😊
Another interesting video John..
Looks a lot better than that garish red!
I agree
Looks like a lovely place John must admit never heard of it.. great video
Not a place that I had ever heard of John, so thank you for introducing this to me. As you say, the timing of your visit wasn't great, as it will no doubt look at its best in mid summer.
Great video John I think it will look better in Summer 😊
Looks like a nice park John. Do you ever take Bobby there? At 1:16 i swear that I could see a face in the tree!
Really good video John. I have been there a number of times from Chalk Farm & St John's Wood stations. I always tended to this in early autumn, rather than mid winter or mid summer, for obvious reasons.
