I am a pain management patient. Chronic right leg pain after a tib/fib fracture. I cant take NSAIDs due to GI issues nor tylenol due to liver issues... I had been on opioids for years when the company changed from BCBS to Optium for PBM... They have repeatedly denied paying for my PM drugs despite me being tolerant and on round the clock opioids. Fuck Them with a cactus

My respect for emergency physicians went up by orders of magnitude when one successfully chose an unexpected additional medication when I was going on four months of refractory C Diff. It might have been a lucky guess. It might by all that is reasonable have created more problems. But it worked.

My eye doctor mentioned punctal plugs for dry eyes. Any thoughts on that? Also would love to hear your thoughts on contact rewetting drops, as opposed to visine/artificial tears.
