I'm amazed from the beginning to the ending. The sceneries was just beautiful all around even the thunder and lightning and winds but kind of touchy at a point. Seeing you all together was awesome!! Sorry to say, but the Mounties just make things worse. The protest was never to "block" the highway. Warning!! There are many, many trails in NS that lead to dead ends. I can't figure out how Quads and snowmobiles put up with it.

The Midland radio is most likely transmitting in narrow band which makes it sound very quiet to radios that are using wide band. Depending on the model of Midland this might be something you can change. The retevis radio most likely has "privacy" codes (DCS or CTCSS) turned on. Retevis does this by default and if the other radio doesn't have the same code set they can hear you but you cannot hear them. You would need to turn those codes off.

These trails are 10mins from my house. I have spent a lot of hours and years in my side by side and still find new trails. I love the dirt and water, but hate the rocks, it's hard on the machine and makes for a slow go. Last years rain storms have made much of the roads all but impossible for anything other than the hardest of off road vehicles. Five or ten years ago the trails were in great shape and I would drive my Nissan frontier all over the area, now I wouldn't think off it.

I love my NBX gear. Good quality. I have two of those bags but smaller version. Keep up the good work Virgil.

Nope needs to be more secure than that. Replacing a licence plate is usually a pain in butt so to avoid that..... Measure out space for licence plate pocket with zipper at top and sew on a clear piece of plastic for front of pocket so licence plate is still visible. Maybe use the same clear plastic that is used for boat cover windows....if they can sew it onto those covers you can sew it onto the bag.

I liked the beach at that first spot. That looked like a great site if that cabin is unoccupied. My friends and I just got home from a six day camping trip last week. We found one nice spot, posted up for all six days and spent each day at the beach. End of winter, first real week in the sun. Maybe not enough Adventure. But it reset everybody's clocks. Practicing the Fine Art of Doing Nothing.

That was a great ride for Spring Recce and the views were worth the mud. Our Z71 Tahoe is the same colour as the one stuck, so, it reminded me to always think and keep on the road, not the muddy ditch. BTW, it's a Provincial boundary. Thanks for the ride and greetings from S.W. Ontario.
