To me, Korean sounds like a Chinese speaking Mandarin trying to speak Japanese (or vice versa). Basically, If there is a show and i'm not sure if it's Chinese, Japanese or Korean, if I can't hear Mandarin or Cantonese or i can't clearly make out Japanese but it still sounds vaguely familiar, then it's Korean.

Thanks James, great video, we visit here for a small dance festival in September each year, and was trying to describe it to a friend, who will be there in July. I would also add it is really good for those who need accessibility in a wheelchair, as there is a travelator /moving walkway, to get from the beach up to the chocolate place in town, through the gardens. And really good ramps etc in most shops and restaurants etc, as well as the lovely beach front and ramps to get to the beach. .

Bay Area local here, all my life. Surprised Oakland is listed as #2. Dont recommend Oakland at all, shouldnt be on any list, and especially listed as #2 as if it is a go-to spot in the bay area. (Am deliberately vague and not describing Oakland, no reason to discredit this city further). Pick any of the others on the video.

The Cable Cars do not go across the bay- They only exist in SF

SF to Yosemite - do not count on it only taking “2hrs” - Its more like a 3 -4hour drive

Point Bonita Light House is in Marin - NORTH of SF - not south of SF

Carmel By The Sea takes a little over 2hr drive from SF - not 1hr

First off, that was not Manini'owali beach that you showed. Punalu'u black sand beach, Akaka Falls, and Volcanoes National Park is not in Kona. Some of the videos displayed are not even on the same island.

it sounds more like spanish to me than any other language. if i hadn't already been tipped off i'd assume it was spanish. i understand many of the verbs and nouns without ever having heard "catalan" before.

I saw the biggest most beautiful turtles in my life at Punaluu Beach. Magic sandsbeach will surprise you. The sand comes in & completely covers HUGE rock boulders, like magic. The current there must be respected & only get in if you are an extremely strong swimmer. It will spin you around & upside down before you know it. Hawaii is heaven on earth
