Hi! Thank you for this video, I've been struggling a lot with vibrato and I didn't understand much from any other video I watched because I couldn't comprehend how to move my belly when doing it. I have a question: when you pull your belly in, is it okay if you only feel it a little? I mean, it shouldn't be a shaky or abrupt movement, right? Because I think I was probably using too much force when pulling it in, it felt a bit painful and I couldn't keep the belly movements consistent. Also, at which bpm did you set your metronome?

Most important tip of all : If you are going to use the e-book versions of these books, do yourself a favor and buy an e-ink reader as sight-reading from an LCD screen will make your eyes very tired very fast. I went from ipad to 10.3 inch e-ink reader device and my eye fatigue nearly went away.

Thanks for the video! This must be very, very helpful for people just starting to become interested in flute, particularly if they don't know whom to ask for information! One thing I would love to offer as an additional help: If you can't find or don't want to use oil blotting facial papers, ungummed cigarette papers also work very well and are incredibly inexpensive. If you make a mistake and get the gummed ones instead, which I accidentally did once, you can either cut off the gummed edge or just hold the paper on the gummed edge and use the ungummed edge for your key pads. Happy fluting!
