@NYAG it actually leaking out of the block that the lines attach to I believe it is the low pressure return to the pump as it has both the rubber lines off the rams attached to it the threads for one of them lines has pulled right out of the block so now I can't attach the line at all and I don't know how that block comes out I detached both lines and the block is firmly attached yet i don't wanna just twist on it as I don't wanna coz a bigger issue

Like the threads or a O ring leaking.

@NYAG it's the threads coz it was leaking so I tried to tighten them but it didn't stop leaking just pulled all the threads out the block

My set up is the style were the holding tank for the Hydraulics is part of the pump body and the only thing the hydraulics do is raise or lower the prop into the water

Thanks! Are you needing to replace the oil fitting? I only had to for the customer, cause it broke. If you gotta remove the bellows, then yes. It makes it a bit easier, especially for the shift cable bellow (feeding cable).

No I don't have to change the oil fitting but it looks like it has to be detached to pull the helmet out. Am I correct

DEF is water soluble.

All the DEF jugs I'm seeing have huge oversize threads, double the size of most oil or AF jugs.

@user-vg6qv5jv3w Genuine question: if you were using that much DEF every year, why were you not just filling up at truck stop pumps? I can't imagine it was cheaper to buy it in the jugs, and personally I would pay 50% more to avoid the hassle haha

DEF is just urea and water, it rinses out very easily. The DEF jugs around where I'm from all use the same cap that goes on 4L windshield washer fluid bottles and antifreeze bottles, there are also some 1L oil bottles that use the same cap but those aren't that common.

Thank you. Total hrs was probably about 10-11hrs realisticly maybe a little more. Some are easier than others, it definitely was a pain trying to seat that last Bellow.

What was beep is the oil gauge saying it was low... sensor was bad. I was just pressing the cancel button.

@angelinolameira2323 I honestly never fixed it. I would just cancel it at the beginning of each ride. It didn't effect the performance of the Ski, so didn't mess with it.

4 nails on each side!? Seams like more then needed... Good to know bout the ¼" as I was just eye balling cuts.

@NYAG When you use 2 nails they catch the previous cap thus holding each cap with 4.

It may possibly move the adjustment screw. It's worth a shot but may not work aswell. If you have a small crescent wrench (adjustable wrench), that would work instead of an open end/ box wrench.
