Is true is cheaper but salary the salary gap is different too and Malaysia medical is cheaper but when I went to Japan I had stomachache the doctor will differentiate 5-6 type of different stomachache and give proper medicine, back when I’m in Malaysia I just use minak aing or penadol or drink more water
