If you are ascout, do you need safeguarding courses and enhanced CRB checks etc. Like you would have to if you were doing a coaching course.

How would you go ahead once you do your intro level 1 id talen from the fa, would you applying to clubs for job or just start going to local grass root games make reports for a few months and then apple for jobs

My structure and process for both football and basketball. Watch a team a few times to figure out tendencies of players and who is actually good. Create shortlist of those who impressed. Watch two or three games on video of a particular player with intense focus on him. I think rewind some plays five or six times to figure out what really happened. Write it all up down because humanity cognition and memory are very flawed. I write basic info first, how he is used. What he likes to do on the pitch in the roles he occupies. Then a deeper breakdown of what he does in the four phases of the game.

About the FA courses: I am resident in Switzerland and I have noticed that almost all of their courses are now online (due to pandemic) but if I try to register on the site I am asked for a residence code. As far as you know, can foreigners access their training courses? of course I have consulted the F.A.Q section. Thx in adcance

When you're starting out and you have no one to scout for what do you recommend I do with the scout reports? Who can I show to get advice who can I talk to in order to improve before I'm integrated in a club
