Girl at 5:46 is on point with this. If cleanliness is an issue, then simply teach boys how to take care of themselves. Keeping your foreskin clean is not difficult at all if you know what you're doing. If you don't know what you're doing or were never taught to clean it, then yea it's probably gonna get gross, just as the female labia would get gross if an adult female didn't know how to properly clean it, and yet in the west we rightfully abhor at female genital mutilation. As a male I'm extremely grateful my mom and dad declined the procedure for me.
Yes and no. She says: "why is it that common like cuz hygiene reasons yeah that makes sense" but then contradicts herself by explaining why it doesn't make sense and reiterate the point. The real point is that hygiene is not an issuen and the mere suggestion that it is, is bodyshaming the normal male anatomy, which of course is part and parcel of cutting culture, including doing exactly the same with the normal female anatomy in the case og the gender inclusive practice. However note that nobody opposing the practice on girls makes the same point that if hygiene is an issue then just teach girls how to clean themselves. On the contrary in fact the point being made that it makes hygiene an issue, which is very rarely stated in the case of the practice on males. By entertaining the notion that hygiene is an issue with the normal anatomy one inadvertently gives credence to this cutting culture bullying tactic, which it most certainly does not deserve. I didn't teach my kids there was a particular issue with hygiene down there. When they were too young to wash themselves, I washed them and then gradually they took over simple as that in the same way with the rest of the body where there isn't a particular issue, the exceptions being teeth and toilet training, and to a slight degree hair, nails, ears, nose and eyes and in the case of girls sanitory solutions for menstruation. All of these exceptions have specialised items, the male parts down there do not, unless subjected to the practice in which case a prothetic prepuce may be found beneficial. And no, this part of the body does not become _gross_ due to a lack of cleaning knowledge, but may do due to a simple lack of concern in which case other parts of the body are more likely to draw attention eg a nose with unmentionables hanging. In normal use the parts down there are generally self cleaning but may become gross through unnatural use. This can be seen with horses where wild horses have no issue but domesticated ones unable to function normally frequently develop _beans_ in the case of males and _beads_ in the case of females, requiring removal. I'm glad your parents declined when your country failed in its basic obligation to protect you.
Circumcision is a practice of religious sacrifice and also to discourage masturbation. It has nothing to do with sanitation outside of infant and toddler neglect that may cause infection. - Un Cut.
The level of knowledge or lack there of on this topic is worrying. It makes me wonder if these females also know very little about their own bodies as well. The state of sex ed apparently is lacking or perhaps girls and guys during sex ed must be not paying any attention whatsoever. It is important for girls to know about guys and guys to know about girls. We must understand each other and what body part does what and why each body part is important. I think more people should find a informative book about this topic so that more knowledge can be attained. I could go on about this but i think i have made my point.
You make an important point however the real problem is not so much lack of knowledge but the pervasive cutting narrative, what I term cuttingspeak, ie disinformation. This portrays the male prepuce as insignificant at best and a mortal danger at worst, when it is the most erotegenic part of the male body! Even without 6 education such would be discovered very quickly if it wasn't for cuttingspeak.

@@anoneu Ok but since the title doesn't differentiate between male and female circumcision I assumed it was about asking one gender what they thought about the practice on the other, and judging by the age group, potential partners. In general almost all will think the particular practice is good if it is practiced in their family and vice versa.
