used to wake up at 4:30, at the gym at 5. then plan the day read a book etc. i was miserable, by noon i already felt like dying, i was the least productive ive ever been. and was on edge all day long, not to mention that i had to go to sleep at 7:30 to get enough sleep, so when i actually get back from work i barely had anytime for myself before i had to go to sleep. i and no life and no benefit from doing that. people are different and productive at different hours of the day. i get my burst of energy in the afternoons, so i do my important tasks then. we are different! be you and you will be ok.

For me it’s just what I have planned after getting up, I am a student but during summer break I get to ride horses in the morning, I literally get to watch the sunrise with my favorite “people”. That motivates me to get up, hell sometimes I’m so excited for my ride I wake up at 4 subconsciously

Okay, here is my tip... After u wake up just take a cold shower. Instead of cleaning your teeth a cold shower wakes you up and motivates you to get going...
