DIY - Oddly satisfying - Circular saw in action

I was going to make video showing raised / mid sleeper bed I made for my son but video got longer and longer and I was getting more and more fed up with it. I thought there is not much value in showing random cuts and painting process but...I liked some circular blade shots so I turned them in separate video. Maybe I'll make separate video showing the bed as it turned out quite cool and freed u...
Tips and life hacks - From broken bulb to working light.
zhlédnutí 57Před 3 lety
Just another recycling idea. Not everything what is broken need to go straight to the bin. The whole bulb is made out of 72 diodes and it has built in power supply allowing it to be straight to mains - 220V / 50Hz. The LED strips are made out of 8 diodes (4 pairs of diodes). Each pair can be lightened up separatelly by 3V power supply.

DIY - Vice removable soft jaws - workshop idea

Small improvement to the workshop tools. Never had a time to do it and quite often was using a rug or separate wooden pieces to clamp soft parts in a vice. It can be diffcult trying to hold 3 pices with one hand when tightening vice screw. I had a spare magnes and some pices of wood and decided and decided to make a use of them to make my workshop life a bit easier.

    • @shedmadein4115
      @shedmadein4115 Před 8 měsíci

      Hi, It's hard to say without looking. Normally water always comes inside the door as the seal between glass and door is not perfect and should come out at the bottom of the door. The seal prevents the water to come inside the car. If you have a water gathering in the footwell, it is possible that drains outside your windshield are blocked and the water is coming through air vents. Check for leafs and other debris. Good luck and best regards SMI

    So, how much air will this tank hold?

    • @shedmadein4115
      @shedmadein4115 Před 9 měsíci

      Not much :). The tank is 2l...The storage volume for a compressed gas can be calculated by using Boyle's Law p1xV1=p2xV2 V1=(p2xV2)/p1 The final volume depends on how much are you able to compress the air. The tank I think is rated for higher pressure but standard compressors will provide around 8bar. That means that you can squeeze in about 16l of air. I'm using the tank mainly when bleeding brakes. Best regards SMI
