For those who took issue with the third episode's depiction of Dracula in modern culture, ask yourselves this: Why is it that we value the opinions of teens so much nowadays? It's literally everywhere. Teens control what is popular - music, pop culture, fashion trends, movies, television. The series was simply reflecting this. If you take issue with it (which is understandable), question why we do this as a society, rather than insulting the tv show depicting it. IMO, the show was just being honest about modern culture. This is exactly what Dracula would fall into if he was transported into modernday society - computers, texting/sexting, celebrity trends, and a fixation on teen & young adult popular culture. This is the truth, and there are obvious faults with that -- but don't blame the tv show for showing it.

Excellent series. Got cloudy eyes when Smurf didn't make it. So bummed. Better than anything from Hollywood. 'Well done' as they say. I'm still tripping on half the cast portraying American soldiers on 'Band of Brothers' were English. Learning to speak American must have been a challenge. At S02E1 wedding, no idea who these people are...
