Unfortunately I don't. It's been a bunch of years since we built the carts. I believe it was a 1500 Watt motor and speed control combo from electricscooterparts.com and a pair of 48v lithium packs from eBay wired in parallel. .

Thanks!! Both notches are a good way. If you do a big one you'd have to cut into the bed. On a limited space notch I like the heavy pipe notch because round has less joints so it's stronger. We definitely box the frame as well after putting the pipe notch in.

@@markleonard284 I believe it was 5 or 6" diameter pipe and the wall thickness was 1/4". I used some leftover that my buddy had.

It's easiest with 48 volts, but it can be done on 36. You'll want a good speed control and an upgraded motor helps. The stock motor starts running a bit hot when you push it too hard.

@@Gymclassisgoat 36v is usually just fine in the stock motor. Once you do 48v they start getting a bit hot. That's why we made those dual motor plates, because the motors ran a lot cooler.

Put an RPM on it, a 410 with a roller cam Some Headers and it’s 500 hp easily!

@@Bbbbad724 the other yellow truck has a mild 351w in it. Currently that one is getting a 408 stroker, afr heads, cam, etc. We put a Holley Sniper on both trucks.

Hahaha, I'm not against the ratchet shifter! Since I'm paralyzed, my passengers prefer I keep at least one hand on the wheel so I don't scare em. 😁

Thanks! As long as you have a car in good condition just come out and race! Perfect night to get some experience. Mainly need a battery hold down and radiator overflow on a street car. You can have a passenger, but I think 15s is the fastest you can go with a passenger.

The brakes were good! A good bleed of the brakes helped get rid of the soft pedal some people were experiencing. He just had the base brakes, not the upgraded ones. The suspension is adjustable with pre load and compression/rebound. We didn't have a chance to mess with that at all and it could help to dial it in even better! That dent was just cosmetic luckily!

I've done plenty of less than desirable ones in the past as well. I borrowed these tools and now I'm going to have to buy them because they work so well!

I put line seperaters in the engine bay. I stacked them vertically going to the firewall then jog across the steering column and around the frame down by the cab mount.

Thank you!! So far it's been pretty good! He loves the suspension! That's the high point for sure! He had a reflash on the ECU because of a hard start occasionally. I feel like it's living up to a first year production vehicle with some issues here and there once the public starts testing. He has listed it for sale just to see what happens. His major deciding factor for that was the potential unavailability of parts if he's camping at the dunes and something breaks. It's hard when a rig breaks and you can't get parts and the vacation is ruined. This hasn't happened to him, but it's a reality that it could.

That's awesome! Can't complain at close to 500!! Except for the idea it would have been nice to get that extra 5! 😁
