Mine still works my 9700 bold

I have a Playbook and BB Torch 9800, some people offered $400-$500 for both today but I will never sell them, or give away, I love them. Can I have Wi Fi for both or either of them? I have also Bold 9900 which works very well in August 2024 with Wi Fi.

I had this phone. I bought it for myself as a treat with my first paycheque from my first full time - non minimum wage - job. I had been using a silver Motorola flip for several years, and decided it was time to get a big girl phone. I LOVED THIS PHONE SO MUCH! If iPhone and other smartphones had never come along, this would have been my phone forever. If they started making them again, I can't tell you how quickly I would buy one.

Use my Playbook as a music server........put all my ripped CDs on it .......I link it to my my hi-fi and with a RCA cable out of the headphone socket..........or even Bluetooth. Easy navigation and sounds good.. Apart from that its old tech... superseded by other tablets and even phones. But I'm fond of it ...glad it still has some use.

I have the playbook 64GB,I got it for £69.99 from eBay,expensive when new,it was the only one they did,I have the docking station,and a mint BB Z10 and 8900,I’ve got BB playbook leather cases for the tablet that I got from curry’s digital for £4.99 in the clearance basket,I also had the BB passport for a while but couldn’t get on with it,I bought it on looks alone,I used to do removals and a customer had one,and he gave me a demo,within a week I had one,it was ok.
