The cheaper (and better) way to do this is to get SOLAS tape. You can cover that piece of metal in the tape and then drop it from the roof. Reflects light straight back to sender. Disco ball tiles are also pretty chaotic

i legit did something similar to this on my jeep, i mounted a 12" LED light bar on the rear of the headache rack pointing backwards, its actual use is for unloading a trailer when its dark, but its quite useful for those jerks who dont take a hint to turn their high beams off, great vid and hilariously well executed
