    Hi Victoria, I want to say your rice balls recipe is the best very, I tried other recipes but dose not compare to your... I make a large amount and freeze half and share the other half with my family ... 😊😊 I was wondering if you have a good recipe for almond cookies and if you would make a video on how to make them 😋...thanks

    This is good short video, however I couldn't hear your ingredient list. Please add ingredient list and weights and measures, ( pinch, tablespoons 24oz. can of tomato's, ETC, slice chop or mince). also did you use olive oil, lemon juice.etc. Thanks

    È chiaro che si è dinnanzi a uno chef di cucina non italiano e mi domando quanto tempo impiega per produrre questi ravioli, partendo dalla preparazione della sfoglia (impasto, riposo e laminazione della pasta), la composizione dei ravioli con lo stampo, il congelamento e la ripartizione in pezzi, senza contare la pasta in eccesso diventata vetro e chiedersi quale ulteriore impiego possibile si potrebbe fare. A parte ciò, per marcare la sigillatura perché non usare un road roller invece del rolling pin che mi sembra di dimensioni alquanto piccole per lo scopo. Sembra una gag americana alla Danny Kaye. Complimenti at Italy.

    You need to soak them in salt water to the ocean level to get the clams to filter themself. Tape water will kill them.

    This was really excellent information. I went clamming for the first time this season yesterday here on Cape Cod, and came here looking for the answer to whether iodized salt was okay. As you used a salt shaker, I'm guessing yes! One tip you might like to try; I use my salad spinner and basket for rinsing the clams. It makes things easier as I can lift the basket up out of the sand, dump the water, rinse the outer bowl and repeat. The spinner is also great for storing the clams overnight in the fridge with a wet paper towel on top because the basket lets them get more oxygen. Thanks for a great how to.

    Add a couple of tablespoons of olive oil to the boiling water and that will also keep the pasta from sticking together.

      no, they're from salt water so I don't think it's neccesary. And I never heard of using cornmeal. When we cook snails, we feed them corn meal for a day before they get boiled. It cleans out their insides. Is that what the cornmeal does to the clams?

    Having grown Cacuzza for the first time this year, this is the recipe I followed as I had no idea what to do with it. It was absolutely amazing! So simple, basic ingredients but packs a punch of flavour. Using home grown tomatoes as well, it really made our meal practically all home grown which made it even more special

    This was all wrong. Why would you ever freeze freshly made food. Flour the tray. No need for egg yolk. use water to seal edges. seceond layer and roll. Theyll pop right out.

    I grow cuccuzi. If you cut them when about 2 to 2.5 feet long there is no need to peel. The skin gets harder the longer it grows. There is less water in a cuccuzi than a regulat zucchini. Three plants trellised wi feed the neighborhood. It freezes well too.

    Letting the rice cool and the ragu cool before assembling is a good way to 1. Not burn yourself 2. The ragu gets solid and holds it's shape inside the rice all for forming.
