So glad I found your video. $40 for a new belt and a few hours and I fixed it myself. I have the exact same dryer & had the same issue. Thank you so much! 💪
Thanks dude.
Thanks for the video. Another tip is to take photos of the circuit board before you remove the cables so you know where they go back when you're done. Also if you have a hard time remembering we're all the screws go back it never hurts to make a little sketch and lay the screws out on it. The problem I had with my dryer was it was making a screeching noise. So if you remove the front panel with the door there are two felt pads along the top. For now I just flipped them around so the non-worn outside is now face up. That seems to have done the trick and there is no more screeching. I also took the time to bust out the Shop-Vac and give everything a good cleaning while I had it apart. I was surprised how much dirt and dog hair was in the ductwork beneath the lint trap.
Thanks for the video, it help alot.
👏👏👏👏
😂😂
I always smooth up that crank on that pto side before I try to put the sump cover back on. New seal & lubed up before I slide it on the shaft. That corroded shaft can tear an old dried out seal & now there's a leaker.
Are you sure about 220 in/lbs on the head bolt torque spec?
I beging at E7 error code. Now what?
So glad this video popped up on my algorithm. I have the gas version and it’s the same issue. Thank you for the step by step super helpful and yes my belt broke too. Waiting for the belt to arrive via Amazon and very grateful for your video. Thanks a million 👍🏽
How long did this belt end up lasting? Is it still going strong?
Watched the whole lawnmower playlist. Great stuff. 👍
My dryer of the same model has a different problem. Often the heating does not work, but sometimes it does. Could you tell me why this is happening?
My dryer runs but thumps. Clothes bunch up inside at door.
What would cause 19psi on front and back left, but normal on the other side?
I know this has nothing to do with this video but with that being said the metal tray under the flywheel on a briggs and stratton motor that holds the top cover bolts if you take that off will you need to replace any gaskets?
This video REALY helps people like me who have tools and no money for big repair bills thanks so so so much!
Thanks for very good vid.
What is the part number for the cam that fits this mower thanks
Thank you. This video series is great. It has helped me immensely rebuild a nonstarting b and s 450e mower. Your viewers appreciate your thoroughness and work ethic. :)
Do you have a video on how to get to the 30 amp fuse? I can't find not 1 video on this type of dryer. Always get directed to completely different models. SMH
Fixed my dryer following your instruction, saved me hundreds of dollars! Thank you Very much
Excellent!
Wow - A plastic Carburetor and a plastic Camshaft. I have the 7.25, 163cc EXI Engine dated 2018. Hope mine doesn't have plastic garbage too. Great teardown video. I have a 1985 Honda HR-214 old OHV design I bought new. Still runs perfectly. Smokes when it starts and then none after.
my mom was ready to call a repaird man and waste hundreds of dollars. because of this video my little self was able to do it for $25 belt fee haha! thank you very much sir.
Excellent!
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
You are so welcome!
Nice what track do you have for the circular saw? I don't have a table saw or a track saw. So if I did this I'd have to do the circular saw
Thank you so much, great instructional video with a step by step procedures. it worked, I was able to fix my GE electric dryer.
Thank you sir you saved are life 😂😂😂…we have same dryer and i open it up and sure enough the belt broke off

Very informative! Thank you!

How long can you safely stay inside with one of these running just curious if it's gonna hurt me health wise like breathing in the fumes I love the heat from it I heat up my garage with it
Muy bien video me funcionó sien por siento real funciona ala perfección
No ignition timing of any sort?
My belt was broken, but it had error code 05. Can't find why that error code is thrown any suggestions?
$9 belt off Amazon. Ty sir. Also, your drum seems to spin a little easier than mine. I wonder if my bearings are going out?
Greetings. I have a problem that is making me crazier than I already am... I have a B&S 125P02-0012-F1. I bought the engine new to replace a 5HP on a walk behind lawnmower. Last weekend, it failed. The problem was a blown (!) head gasket. Not form pressure, but likely a bad B&S OEM gasket. Installed and properly torqued. Did not touch anything else - just reversed what I need to disassemble. NO SPARK! Old magnet ok but replaced with OEM incl. new boot and proper heat range plug. No spark. Ditto an OEM carburetor (obviously not related to sparking). Replace the magneto to ground and kill switch to ground wires and a new SPST switch. No spark. Cleaned the flywheel (which is not an issues). It "appears" the magnets are strong. Gapped per B&S to .012 using to feelers so the gap is identical. STILL NO SPARK. How can something this simple be so impossible? Ordered a brand-new engine, but want to fix this one as a spare...Any help appreciated.
I’m glad to find your video!!! Thank you for these easy instructions and saved me some money.
Very useful video. Thanks! Did you know there is a latch to secure the pully on while you install the new belt? After putting the dryer back together again, I noticed I left my flashlight in the back of the unit 😂
Didn't know. thanks for the info.
How do you do this without a planer?
This video has helped me so much thank you I can finally mow my lawn
You're a lifesaver, dude! Thank you for putting this video together!
Thank you!
To lock the flywheel in place I used the blade adapter on the bottom and clamped it in a vice. It's 10 times better than using the cable that is flexible.
Thank you so much! We got this dryer second hand, and you saved us so much money in calling a tech out. Much love ! ❤
Where’s teardown
This video was a lifesaver. Great angles to show what was going on and what to do, not just describing what to do or assuming we'd know what you’re talking about. The shot of the pulley from underneath... chef's kiss. Thank you.
Excellent video!, very good shots and very well explained, but such a job to rebuild an engine with plastic parts?...
