What pool pump do you have

Magic eraser does absolutely nothing to help clean up your pool. It's basically melamine foam (formaldehyde-melamine-sodium bisulfite copolymer). They will do absolutely nothing to help clean your pool (unless you use it to rub stains off of surfaces), other than leach toxic chemicals. This whole magic eraser in pool thing is a Facebook scam!

Thats alot of chlorine for a small pool like that but i mean i guess its fine if your just cleaning it for the day

what if you have a sand pump? do you still need a magic eraser in there?

Wow so simple but a lot of work. Well I say alot because the hardest part would be the vacuuming over and over till all the green stuff clears.

Also, before adding powder shocker, mix it in a 5 gal. Water filled bucket and spread thoughout pool. Or it will leave white patches on pool floor.

My girls makes mg carpet had matte lipstick and ice cream stain and paint so so on the Kong thing the TJ can get it off completely is I use dishwasher detergent mix with laundry detergent, which is the one that have stain remover and u use a drop of Don soap and super hot hot water and I would stray some one the hard stain area and let it sit for 5 min and then use the rest of the formula into the tank and carpet cleaning and it actually removed the stain really really good. You might have to do 2 to 3 to make it completely gone.

Nooooooo fabric softener on carpet!!!!! This is horrible advice. You’re attracting dirty and leaving residue in your carpet.

Do you wash them on bulky items Does your washer get off balance

I won't lie, what she did with that Bissell, companies like oxi fresh would have done the same job with the same results. It's true. So mam, good for you. You saved a lot of money. BUT! a professional cleaner would have gotten all those red stains out for sure. NEVER BUT NEVER! use bleach on your carpet. That's a no no.

Maybe I'm hearing things but,did I hear you say this carpet is not that dirty? I had a friend of mine tells me all the time when I ask him how to get out certain stains. DELUTE,DELUTE,DELUTE.DULUTE. He's been cleaning carpets for probably close to 50 years. He's definitely old school,but he stays extremely busy. Plus he charges a ton,seems to me it was around 200 bucks too clean a small 2 bedroom home,it's like 3 times that now. Crazy or maybe I'm just a little older. ???

Shouldn't you test the water to check the balance of pH chlorine ect... I didn't see any kind of testing done.

That seems like ALOT of chlorine to go in after 5 hours! Did you use that much because of the algae I guess

When you’re finished using the magic eraser for that cycle, make sure to take it out, ours disintegrated, and got stuck in the filter hose… We had to take off the hose and clean out the magic eraser that was blocking the outtake valve😮

Are you not suppose to dilute pool shock in a bucket before adding?

Believe it or not... Windex works wonders on tough stains... Idk why but it's like magic! We use it at the car wash for big detail jobs when we can't get stains out of the upholstery. Try it..... You'll see what I mean..

What would you of done if next day wasn't clean? New owner here and my pool is green. We saw a litlle green spot yesterday and when woke up in morning it was complete green. Cant believe how fast it turned

You should always, always use the bucket method when pouring any type of powder into your pool. Dump the powder in to a 5 gallon bucket and mix with some of the pool water and then mix into the pool. If that settles on the bottom of your liner, and you do not remove it it will bleach the color out of it.

How did you get the garden hose attached to the brush?

Doing it right now and our pool is turning from a deep green to a (not clear, but getting there) blue pool using 3 gallons of dollar tree bleach 🙏💪 thank you, from my kids who are having their friends over tomorrow for a pool plunge

My pool looks like yours did. I was going to drain, clean, and refill but was unable to find the little part that pushes open the valve on the drain hole and connects to the hose (not sure what it’s called) but a friend of mine brought me two 2.5 gallons of liquid chlorine (I thought that was too much but he insisted that it wasn’t) so I reluctantly poured them in. I added a magic eraser to my filter tank as you suggested and watching the water 😅. Hopefully I’ll get similar results 🤞.

be careful adding the granular shock, it can burn a hole in the liner if your not careful. I would pre-dissolve if using any powder shock in a bucket of water before adding to any liner pool cause I've seen it melt a hole into a liner but good turn around
