The fact I don't See a KLR 650 on a bang for buck list is wild to me. A brand new one is only 8k for a BRAND NEW bike, Canadian. Not to mention these are all only road bikes.

I have over 65 years of riding under my belt and owned Ducati's , HDs, Kawasaki's, Aprillas, BSA's, Nortons and everything else. I pro Road Raced and Drag raced. As far as HD goes. The Breakout is my favorite. 90% of riders today will NOT know the difference between the 114 and 117 engines and few will feel the difference between the 107 and 117. I think HD should STOP having new models with a 114 or 117 and put the same motor in all but the sport bikes. Come on HD. Give us the 135 on every one on all except the smaller rides

Go to any Harley Davidson dealer. You'll find more employees parking spots taken than any customers. I've gone to multiple dealers in different states, and have been treated like I'm invisible. I've yet to even been offered a cup of coffee. And never a test ride. I don't want to see any aftermarket bling installed on a new unit. I want a stock bike at a decent price. Good luck finding one. When the narrator said that buying a Harley was an investment, i had to laugh. It's a liability. And if you're paying over sticker, as in just about every dealer I've been in, you're sending the owner on a paid vacation.

So I got to ride a few Royal Enfields this summer. I've been riding for many years and I have to say I'm really impressed with their bikes. Comfortable and reliable and relatively inexpensive. I'm thinking about getting one as a short distance basic sort of bike

I’m definitely more attracted to the full fairings models. I find the naked versions look so unrefined when you see all the pipes and castings showing. Plus we all know in the real world, all those crevices are impossible to keep clean and end up looking so dull and aged. Plus don’t get me started on wind protection. Panigale all the way my friends. Long live the real sport bike..!!

Bought my Meteor 350 a couple of years ago and after a running it, it is such a great bike and we ride everywhere 2 up with light luggage, it is such an easy and comfortable bike. Even in busy traffic, no problem, at 72 it will see me out I hope with a smile on my face on every ride.

I think older longtime Harley riders don’t care for the look of the new bikes and ain’t no way younger riders can afford them ….the end is near 🙁

First riding season on a Honda CB500f, can't get me off the thing! Just a recommendation in my opinion for beginners.

Beginners need a motorcycle that feels so natural to control that the bike drives itself. The bars, seat and pegs need to place you in perfect balance and provide a feeling the bike is part of your skeleton and will do exactly what you think you want done instantly. Some of these bikes shown are pretty good---IF you are a five foot tall female or male. Any taller and those forward controls will make you feel terribly cramped and uncomfortable and off balance from your feet being in the wrong place if you are tall. Most of the handlebars and pretty far forward AND the handgrips are not turned inward to follow your wrists. Instead the grips are uncomfortable and awkward. They make you feel out of control and off balance. A regular male looking for a starter bike that is natural feeling? I suggest you take a look at some adventure bikes. The tall seats help stretch out your legs without awkward forward controls being needed. The handlebars can often be upgraded to a pair that meet your wrists perfectly---but check first that the bike lets you change handlebars easily. Some bikes the bars are PART of the machine and do not allow for alteration. I would avoid any bike that can not be altered to fit you properly. So this review while perhaps well intentioned does not go far enough to find bikes that fit normal males. All the pictures show little ladies riding these machines. And in any event the video doesn't explain well enough how important bars, pegs and seats really are. Especially for a beginner if you get things in an awkward position the result may be a crash or something worse. Any bike you consider---the most important quality is FIT. Good luck shopping and be safe out there!
